"I’m lonely."  S
he’d whisper, and it consumes pin-pricking.

Her loneliness being that type for the melancholic reform, and repressed.

Stilled, it settled like an exasperated  exhaling sigh.  

Welcomed into the smallest withdrawn  parts, uninvited.

All messed up, ugly chaos.  

An illness, the brooding sadness drowned out the feeble echoing.

Cry of the desperately  vulnerable, harboring that wretched unforgiving.

Depression.
