~~~Liam's POV~~~
“I'm so tired. I could not sleep last night.” I thought while lying on my bed at around 12 in the afternoon.
“I just can't believe I didn't do anything. I just kissed her? Oh god, seriously?”
~~~flashback~~~
I carried Emma to her room. Laid her on the bed and wrapped her in a blanket. I could not help but admire her cute baby face.
“What are you doing to me Emma?” I said while caressing her wet eye lashes with my thumb. I then kissed her eyes and whispered “I'm leaving now.”
I wanted her to stop me. But realized that it's just a thing that happens in movies when I was out of her house. I came home and could not stop thinking about Emma.
And the fact that I kissed her eyes when I could have actually kissed her on lips was killing me. I didn't even know when the sun rose. It was morning but I still could not get Emma out of my head.
~~~flashback ends~~~
All these feelings were so different. I've never had feelings for someone. And didn't wanna admit that I had fallen for Emma.
I blocked her. Because I didn't want to believe anything.
“You've stayed with her for years. This is normal. Just wait for a day or two.” I said this to myself and tried to forget about it.
The next day I got almost 15 calls from Emma. But I did not answer. After a few days there was a party at Lia's farm house.
I sat with my gang which had maximum girls. Then I saw Emma walking up to me and wave at me. That made me wanna hug her but I could not.
I stood up and pulled her away from my friends. I could feel that she was getting hurt but I had to do that. I took her to the backside of the kitchen.
I knew this place as Lia brought me here once to show some plant. I let go of Emma's arm. But had left a mark.
I didn't know I had held her so tight. Before I could say something, she asked “Why am I not able to contact you?”
That question reminded me that I have to be strong and tough. So I said “I've brought you here. Let me speak. You will get a chance later.”
She was still smiling which made my hurt ache. “I don't want you to talk to me in front of anyone. Actually, you know what? Stop contacting me from now on. I don't even want to talk to you. How did I spend all these years with you. I should have never given you attention. Now look what you have done. You bitch.” I shouted.
I didn't realize what I was saying. I'm sure she didn't understand anything. All she would have understood was that I didn't want to contact her.
I saw that her eyes were getting watery. Before that thing could effect me, I left her alone. And hid behind a wall.
She waited for a few seconds and fell to the ground with her hands on her face and elbows on her knees. She was crying really hard. And I could do nothing but feel guilty.
I could not look at her anymore. But still stayed there. The sound of her soft sobs stopped after what felt like forever.
She stood up and started walking. I was behind her. Without letting her know. She was roaming in the same area again and again.
Maybe she was lost. I didn't know she had not seen this area before. She then took her phone out and called someone. It was not me as my phone was in my pocket and it was not vibrating.
