Just to clear a few things up!
You do not NEED a script for shifting, it's 100% optional, and if you do want a script it doesn't have to be long but it can be!
Mine is quite long and descriptive because I don't want to overthink about what I've missed out, but remember when you shift you can script in your head as you go, so it does't matter if you miss a couple things.
I have aphantasia (this means I cannot visualise, I cannot create images in my head, when I close my eyes and try to think of something it's just pitch black) so I have a lot of pictures in mine so I don't have to visualise it. Again, this does not mean you need images in your script, even if you have aphantasia too.
Every script is different and that is okay!
