Parents

Ok so it's been mentioned in a lot of these that I head cannon that Kags family is dead and that's why his temper kept getting worse and worse.
I've also mentioned that for this book, Kunimi and Kindaichis parents either died or left.
So, Oikawa and Iwaizumi are the ones who are their parental figures.

• Kageyama, Kunimi and Kindaichi call Oikawa Mom, and Iwaizumi Dad
• They had done this since their first year of middle school when their real parents all died and/or left

• Oikawa and Iwaizumi constantly teased them in middle school
• When they found out the three were dating, Oikawa started acting like a fangirling mother
• Iwaizumi wasn't surprised as he already had his suspicions.
• Iwaizumi privately took all three away at separate times and did that whole "You hurt them, I hurt you." thing.

• When Iwaizumi and Oikawa moved up to Highschool, they tried to go over to whatever house the three were staying in as much as possible
• The three thought it was adorable and teased them for caring so much.
• Kunimi, Kageyama and Kindaichi were all really surprised when they found out that Oikawa and Iwaizumi weren't actually dating.
• None of them knew who their "parents" were actually dating until the first year of Highschool.
• Oikawa and Iwaizumi did give descriptions of the people they were dating though.

• Kunimi and Kindaichi had no part in the "King of the Court" thing and ended up screaming at the team when they abandoned Kageyama.
• When they got to highschool, Kageyama still went to Karasuno because he wanted to stay away from the others on the team who did the "King if the Court" thing
• The first thing Kageyama noticed when he got to the Karasuno Volleyball club, was Sugawara and Daichi.
• The day before the practice match, Kags took both aside and asked them if they were dating someone called Oikawa or Iwaizumi.
• Both were incredibly freaked out, but Kageyama said he'd explain it the next day.

• When they got to the practice match, Kunimi, Kindaichi, Oikawa and Iwaizumi ran up to the bus.
• All for pounced on Kageyama.
• Suga and Daichi totally weren't standing next to them and pouting about how their boyfriend's ignored them.
• Oikawa and Iwaizumi could sense their boyfriend's standing next to them and immediately stood and pounced on the two.
• The rest of Karasuno was just stood their like "Wtf?"
• During the first practice match break, the seven of them were together talking.
• Kageyama explained to Daichi and Suga about how he was dating Kunimi and Kindaichi and how Oikawa and Iwaizumi were basically his parents
• Daichi and Suga got jealous and pulled their boyfriends away and out the gym at opposite sides for a moment.
• The two teams were just confused as hell cause they thought either Daichi and Suga, or Oikawa and Iwaizumi were dating
• Kageyama was mortified
• Kunimi and Kindaichi were laughing their asses off.
• All four came back with hickeys and bite marks
• Kageyama, Kunimi and Kindaichi were mortified
• Tanaka, Noya, Matsun and Makki were laughing their assess of
• Everyone else just looked like they wanted to go home

• The next day Watari and Yahaba corned Kunimi and asked them what happened the day before
• Kunimi got scared and started crying
• Kindaichi came in a few minutes later and looked at the two second years before pouncing on Kunimi and trying to comfort them
• Kindaichi low-key threatened the second years over hurting their partner again
• Ran home carrying Kunimi so they could have cuddles with Kags

• Kags appeared at Sejoh the next day at the start of afternoon practice and legit almost killed Yahaba and Watari
• Only stopped because Kunimi got scared
• Ignored everyone except Kunimi and Kindaichi for a while then left

• Oikawa and Iwaizumi showed up at their house that night questioning why Kags almost killed 2 of the second years.
• They then proceeded to almost kill said second years the next day after getting told what happened.
• Oiks and Iwa legit spent like an hour yelling at the team (Kunimi and Kindaichi weren't there) about how they shouldn't corner anyone like that, especially someone whose been through what Kunimi has and has anxiety

• The second years agreed to never do it again as long as everyone forgot about what happened.

I'm just gonna explain how their families died now, k?

• Kags Grandmother was the first to die
--> She died of cancer aged 88, Kageyama was 10 at the time
• Then it was his parents
--> They died in a car crash when Kageyama was 11, a few months after his Grandmother died. Him and Miwa his sister moved in with their Grandfather
• A month after his parents died, his sister ran away and was found hanging from a tree a few miles away. She committed suicide.
• His grandfather was the last to go, in his first year of middle school.
--> It was a car crash, Kunimi and Kindaichis mothers were also in the car as they were on the way to Kitagawa Daiichi to pick the three up.
---> They were hit by a drunk driver and got smashed into the side of a building, all three died at the scene.

•As mentioned, Kunimis mother died at the same time as Kageyamas Grandfather and Kindaichis Mother.
• Their father was abusive when he was around but disappeared when they were 10

• Kindaichis Mother died with Kunimis mother and Kageyamas Grandfather
• His father was the only one who actually survived or stayed with them
-> Sends the three money each month so they can pay the bills for Kageyamas home and buy food.
--> He allowed the three to live together because he knew it would help them all to be together at any given point in the day.
---> He died about halfway through their first year in highschool during a robbery at his work, in which he was fatally shot.

Yes, I know that was extremely dark but it's fine. Also if you're wondering, by that time Oikawa was of legal age to adopt so, even though the three are only 2 years younger than him, he adopted them, but allowed them to continue living alone together (if that makes any sense?)
