"Naoto, are you going to work." Dad asked, looking back at me from the front door.
"Yeah, I have work at ten, so I don't need to leave right now." I answered, finishing up my breakfast. "You're off today, aren't you?"
"Yes, I am, though I have a meeting with some of the higher ups later today, so I might not come home tonight." Dad said.
"Alright. I'm going to head out, I want to look around before going to work." I said, after washing my dishes and put my shoes on.
"Be careful, cover up your skin, wouldn't want you to go back to the hospital with a nasty sunburn." Dad said, concerned laced in his voice, "Honestly, couldn't you work a night shift?"
"You worry too much, dad. I'll be fine, plus if I work night shift, who would take care of you." I said, jokingly. "You would just end up eating canned food."
"Hey! Can food are delicious, young man."
"You didn't deny it."
"Ugh, just be careful."
"Right." I waved dad goodbye, heading out the door.
I went to the park just to kill some time.

The cherry blossoms cover up the park. Quite nostalgic, and not just because I was here a few days ago, it was the same back then. I take out my phone to check the time.
