Catherine's dog jumped up on her and started to bark. "Ollie! Get off boy, my alarm goes off in 2 hours," Groaned Catherine. While Catherine was calming her dog, Jordan Malley and his friend squad slipped into school hours early to do something mischievous. "Got the note?" Whispered Jordan. "Yes," said Aiden quietly. They slipped a note into Natalie's locker and ran away. 2 hours later at school, everyone arrived. Natalie opened her locker and the note fell out. It read:
Dear Natalie,
I know this 5 month dating thing kinda messed up our lives, but I am starting to have feelings for you, and I wanna get serious. I can't pretend that I just wanna be friends. I have wanted to be for years, but now that we are friends, I want to be more. So Nat, what do you think about this, sorry if I blindsided you.
Love,
Catherine
Natalie gasped. "Are you okay,?" Asked Catherine. "Cathy, I'm sorry, I just can't," said Natalie. "Can't what?" Asked Cathy. "Date you," said Natalie. "Um we kinda have to," said Catherine. "No, I mean like real date," said Natalie. "I don't want to either," said Catherine. "But what about the note?" Natalie asked confusingly handing Cathy the note. She read it. "I didn't write this," said Catherine. "Then who did?" Asked Nat. They both sighed. Then they both said simultaneously, "Jordan." "What a great set up," Cathy said sarcastically. Nat looked for Jordan everywhere. She finally found him. "Nice trick genius, I know you and your gang wrote this note," Natalie said flashing the note passed his face. "I have no idea what your talking about," said Jordan. Natalie walked away looked more furious than ever. "He won't admit it," Natalie said to Catherine. "You know I didn't write this, right?" Asked Catherine. "Of course not." Natalie and Catherine went their separate ways to class. All she wanted to say was: "Natalie wait! I do have feelings for you! Romantic ones, and I can't hold them back!" But because of her friend's feelings, she didn't say anything. She really did have feelings for Natalie. She didn't write it, but the letter explains exactly how she felt, now that they are friends, she wants to be more. Which was funny because she was the one who wants forgiving Natalie all those years. What a coincidence.
