Denki and I sit in silence for a while, both trapped in our own thoughts as I straddle him on the mat, waiting for his response.
I was pretty bold just now- telling him to surrender...?
Where did THAT come from?
I let our flirtatious attitudes get the best of me and now he's underneath me, unable to speak.
Are Mina and Sero still watching-? They probably think this is some type of foreplay.
Not like me to make someone an accidental voyeur.
How long have we been like this? It feels like he should've said something by now- maybe I could get off of him?
I feel like that might be forfeiting the match, though-
I'm ripped from my thoughts when I hear Sero's voice.
"Whoa- Kaminari you're pretty quiet over there.... what did she whisper in your ear? Like a spell or something?"
Denki keeps looking up at me, his expression clouded with a million different things that I can't decipher.
I shake my head, deciding to try and bring him back to this dimension when I hear Sero's half-concerned teasing.
"Hey, Denki...? Are you alright? I didn't hurt you or anything, did I?"
He's still quiet, but he manages to shake his head 'no', and his eyes don't look as far away.
Yeah, that's it. Come back to Earth now- our friends probably think I killed you.
Not to mention what would happen if Zawa came in at any point- I know he saw how much more clingy we've been recently...
Before I can turn to Sero with an owl response, ice cold liquid splashes my lap and I look up to see Sero's face and a cup. Behind him, Mina is trying not to laugh.
Childish mother-
Just when I've realized that the water exists and has soaked into my clothes, I suddenly feel a jolt of shocks go through me, and I'm flung off of Denki and across the mat.
Ow.
Little sparks of energy are dancing on my lap as I lay on the mat, surrounding the area on me that got wet.
For what reason did they EVER think that WATER would wake up DENKI??
That's practically like tossing an open wire into a swimming pool-
I look up and Denki, who's now sitting up on the mat with a wet face and chest, covered in little strings and surges of bright yellow light.
Shit- he's going to short circuit.
My legs begin to twitch from the unresting electric currents that surround them. I yell at Mina and Sero, who are looking in awe at Denki, trying to figure out what to do.
"Get a towel and a computer or some kind of device!! We have to dry him off and get the energy channeled into something."
I see them run separate ways, and I turn to see Denki rolling on the mat, attempting to put himself out like he's on fire.
"Denki, stop rolling!! You're spreading the water on the mat and making everything all electric-y!!"
He stops, turning his head to me and laying on the mat completely still, bits of energy sparking around different parts of his body and on little puddles and drops on the mat.
