__ Today was my day off. And I've been desperately trying to see Dave for a while now. Chris has been giving me extra shifts lately, probably because he knows that me & Dave have been hanging out. I texted him to see if we can go to some type of carnival going on in NYC.

I heard the car beep outside and seen Dave. I immediately was smiling. I ran to him and gave him a hug.
" Long time no see mama" " Yea I know right" I chuckled. He gave me a kiss on the cheek, I told Dave about all the late shifts that Chris has been giving me. I haven't told him much but I told him most things about Chris and how much of an asshole he is.
" Well what are you waiting for ma get in the car" He smiled. I'm so happy today I finally get to spend time with him.

I felt the cool breeze hit my face. Me & Dave were making small talk on the way. I seen big flashing lights and I immediately knew that I was at the carnival. I'm pretty sure Dave seen me getting excited so he started pulling out his phone & recording me. " Dave stoppp" " Nahh cause look at you getting mad excited" He chuckled.
