Chapter 4: Lady of the Jade Chamber

Kuoh Town (3rd Person Pov)

Rin walked around town with Zhongli beside her, they both seemed to be looking out for something... well at least one of them was.

Rin was looking out for a house that Chaldea supposedly had built for them whilst Zhongli was making it seem like he was trying but genuinely just wanted to go off and find the greater grail

Rin tried her best to act like she didn't realise but slowly grew a tick mark on her head, Ganyu and Tomoe were behind them both in their spirit forms, they looked at each other as Zhongli failed to notice the growing anger within Rin

Rin: Zhongli sweetie...

Zhongli: Sweetie? That's new...

Rin: Think nothing of it but what exactly are you doing?

Zhongli: Looking out for this house of ours 

Rin: Right...

Rin walked up to Zhongli whose head was still turned from her, she then raised her hand and slapped the back of his head.

Now usually Zhongli wouldn't feel pain if a normal human or magus hit him in such a manner but Rin had a special setting with her body which allowed her to inflict pain upon the demi-servant 

He rubbed his head to ease the stinging feeling then turned around to meet the cross armed girl behind him

Zhongli: What was that for?

Rin: Do you really think this hunch of yours is serious?

Zhongli: I told you, my hunches are never wrong 

Rin: You've never gone on missions to test that out!

Zhongli: As long as you can trust yourself that's all that matters

Rin: Ugh, I honestly don't know how I'm going to survive this

Zhongli came to a stop, Rin faced him once more as he turned around with a serious gaze in his eyes 

Rin: (What's gotten into him?)

Ganyu: They're here

Rin: They're? 

A red glisten shone from the shadows before zooming towards Zhongli, raising his hand Zhongli caught a golden lance with two fingers

Rin: That's Karna's lance...

???: It seems your reaction speed has gotten better since our last fight

Zhongli looked up to see Karna floating down whilst carrying Angelica 

Zhongli: Attacking an ally in public, doesn't seem to be the brightest idea 

Karna: I was merely following orders

Rin: Following orders? You ordered him to attack Zhongli?!

Angelica plucked her ears to block the noise coming from Rin, once she saw she stopped talking she unplucked them

Angelica: I merely wanted to get on your nerves that's all

Rin: I... seriously dislike you

Angelica: Good, because I don't know what I would've done if you did like me

Zhongli: Enough chatter, what took you so long?

Karna: We had a run in with an alter

Rin: An alter?

Angelica: Don't tell me you don't know what they are, you literally have one as your servant
