8 December, 9:45 AM. Aria POV:
"Are you okay?" I heard someone whispering "Uhh?" I turn around a bit and see Aaron standing close to me. "Oh, yeah, I'm okay! Just worried for Odette... I hope she's okay" I said quietly. Suddenly I felt a hand on my back. "I'm sure she's going to be fine, try not to worry too much about her, okay?" Aaron said patting my back in a comforting way. I gave him a little smile and nodded my head. I looked at the clock and saw the hour. "Oh my, it is getting pretty late" I said with a small frown on my face. "Yeah, guess we should get going, huh?" Peter said, "Yeah, right. Then I'll see you guys later!" I said, standing up from my seat. "I'll come with you" Aaron said standing up. "Guess I'll talk to you guys later" Peter said already making his way to the door. "Yeah I'll go too, take care" Victoria said grabbing her purse and starting to leave.
"Aaron you really don't have to walk me home, I'm pretty sure I can do it myself" I said looking up at him. "I know you can do it by yourself, but i wanna talk to you about something" he said in a serious tone. I remained silent for a second, he seemed really worried about something, but I couldn't figure out why. "Oh okay then. What do you wanna talk about?" I said, breaking the silence. He took a deep breath and began to speak "You know, I'm worried about Odette tho, but I really don't trust Theodore to talk to her or even be near her" he said in a worried tone. "God, they really have a complicated relationship" he said with a nervous chuckle. "Yeah, they do, but you shouldn't worry about Theo talking with her" I said in a reassuring tone. "You know, Theodore does seem like a cold and serious guy, but I know deep down he cares about us" "You really think so?" Aaron said in a nervous tone "Yes, of course" I said with a smile on my face trying to reassure him "Well then, ill trust you on that" he said with a little smile on his face. After a while we arrived at my house. "Well, I'll talk to you later! Be safe!" I said hugging him. "Yeah yeah, I'll be safe, don't worry, take care" Aaron said while hugging me back.
I entered my home and started making my way to my room. "My god, this was an exhausting day" I said to myself starting to change in something more comfortable. "I should call Odette to see what she's doing" I thought. I picked up my phone and started to call her. After a few tries I finally gave up.
"Did something happened to her?" I started to think and worry a little. "Oh hi Aria, can I help you with something?"
"Hey Victoria! Glad you picked up!" I said sighing in relief "Of course, did something happened?" "Well I wanted to know if you talked to Odette, because she isn't responding to me" the call went silent for a moment "Well she actually didn't respond to me either" Victoria said in a concerned tone. "Maybe she's just busy?" I suggested "I doubt that" Victoria said without any hesitation. "I'll try to call her again, and I'll update you on that" she said in a reassuring way "Okay, I'll try to do that too" I said in a more positive tone "Okay ill talk to you later, take care" Victoria said in an agitated tone "Of course, you take care too!" I said while closing the call.
After that my phone started ringing "Oh is Theo!" I said to myself "Hi Theo! Did you talk to Odette?" I asked him right away "Yeah I did, actually I'm at her house right now" I stayed silent for a second "Is Odette there by any chance? If not, can you please tell her to call me back? Because she hasn't picked up any of my calls" "She's on the phone right now, but I'll tell her when she's done talking" "Thanks!" we both stayed in an awkward silence after that "So umm, what you're doing at her house?" "Well we agreed that I should stay here till it stops" he said in a monotone voice "Oh okay! Then I'll call you later! Bye!" I said trying to avoid the awkward situation "Okay, goodbye". I sighed, "God I hate how awkward he is sometimes".
I don't remember what I did after that. I just closed my eyes and started to drift off to my own world.
