Theodore POV:
"So it's settled, we're going to this ball, like it or not" Odette said with a slight burst of confidence in her tone.

I just rolled my eyes. "Well Miss Odette, even if it is in fact not a scam, did you ever think that we could get ourselves in a huge mess with the royal family if we are going to this ball?" I asked her with an annoyed look on my face.

"Well Monsieur Theodore I'm aware that we can get ourselves in a massive mess with the royal family if we go to this ball, but where's the fun if we don't? I mean, life is pretty boring, so why not spice things up?" I looked at her for a moment "Well Odette, I am gonna go to this ball like everyone else, but if we get ourselves in some big mess, you're the one that is gonna take the blame, understood?" "No. In fact I don't understand why I would take the blame when everyone is going, plus I don't think is fair-"

"Odette. It's always your fault. This is not the first time you're getting us in this kind of things." I said in a slightly more annoyed and aggressive tone.

She remained silent for a moment that felt like an eternity. She gave me the coldest look before she said, "Okay then, we're just gonna go to this ball and nothing more. I think we've talked enough on this subject. I'll just leave. Au revoir." then she stormed off and walked far away from the little coffee shop.

"Oh wow, good job Theodore, now you made Odette leave, and you for sure hit a little sensitive spot right there, didn't you?" Aaron said in a defensive tone. Aria put her hand on top of his and started rubbing it gently to calm him down. "I agree with Aaron there, Theodore. I'm sorry, but you did hit a really sensitive subject for her. You should really apologize" she said in a calming yet defensive way. "Haha, now who's the asshole? Guess Theodore took my spot" Peter started chuckling. "Maxwell you're always gonna remain the biggest asshole we have met in this life" Victoria said slapping him in the back of his head. "Point taken, thanks for being a bitch Victoria" Peter said in a sarcastic tone.

"Guys, stop fighting, right now is not the time for that" Aria said trying to calm us down a little. "Anyways, Theo, you're gonna go and apologize to Odette. Right now" Victoria said giving me a look like she could kill me right now, on the spot. "Yeah, you should really apologize for what you did, you were pretty harsh on her... I guess" Peter said, shrugging it off. "So you guys want me to go, right now, exactly at this moment to apologize to her?" I asked giving them a slightly confused look.

"Yes." everyone responded in unison. I sighed "Okay then, if you'll excuse me, I'll be off to apologize to her" I said as I got up from my seat.

"Then hurry up" Aaron said giving me a cold look. Aria nudged his shoulder "We really appreciate it Theo, hope you have a nice and safe walk!" she thanked me while looking at me with a warm and motherly look on her face. I sighed in relief and gave her a little smile, "Thank you, the same goes for you." I said as I made my way to exit the café. "My god, Odette, you're a complicated one, aren't you?" I mumbled to myself.

I started bringing my phone to the ear as I waited for her to respond. "This is the fifth time in trying to call her I swear to god if she's not gonna-" "I'm sorry, but the caller isn't responding-" I sighed, defeated and angry "Goddam Odette I'm really starting to get worried, stop being a fucking child" I whispered yelled to myself. I started walking faster. I finally arrived. It started pouring by the time I got there. Odette's house.

I started knocking on the door. Nothing. I tried again. Still nothing. I started banging at her door as I got angrier and worried. I finally started to hear footsteps. The door started to unlock.

There she was. Soaked wet from the rain, smudged eyeliner over her face, standing in the doorway. "I'm giving you one minute to explain why you're here" that's all she said.

"I'm here to tell you that I'm sorry for saying those things to you." I apologized in a slightly sad tone. She looked unfazed. I sighed, "Odette, can we please talk?" I said in a genuine tone. She gave me a slightly defeated look.

"Okay, come in, it's pouring outside" I sighed in relief. "Thank you".
