Y/N POV:
We got out of the car and I stared at the 2 story house. Well, this my new house and I have a new family. I waited behind my new parents while they opened the door. I went in with my head down.
“ RAY! PATRICK! GET DOWN HERE NOW!”
Wow. I can’t tell if I want to be scared or happy because my mom would only act like this when she was super angry.
2 teenage boys came down the stairs to the living room we were standing in. I didn’t really get a glimpse of their faces. But, I can tell they are confused as hell.
“ Ray. Patrick. This is your new sister Y/N. Remember when we went to the foster care to lookto get a new kid, well here is one of them.”
Jesus (geesus) that women is weird. I’m going to like it here. I looked up to see what my new brothers look like. The taller one has a sick fro and the short one has cool sideburns.
“ Well I’m Patrick and this is Ray. Hello and welcome to the fam. We have band practice right now so goodbye.”
I waved bye but they didn’t see me. They both seem so cool I hope we can actually get along. I was ready to see my new house.
“ Can you show me around the house?”
I asked super quietly.
“ Of course, but we won’t go into Ray and Patrick’s room but you can see where it is.”
I followed Mrs.Toro and Mr.Toro just went somewhere. She showed me around the house and I saw Ray and Patrick’s door. That was the best. She then came to an open room with a bed in it.
“ And this is your room. We can go shopping soon if you want.”
I nodded and we went out to the car and got then 10 boxes from my old room and brought it to my new room. I wanted to set up everything in peace but Mrs. Toro came in.
“ Want to go shopping right now. Then you don’t have to deal with Ray and Patrick wanting everything.”
I smile a little at the comment and nodded. I grab my phone and headed out. When we all got into the car I got a text and saw it was from my uncle Ryan.
Ryan: hey I just heard about your family. I’m sorry for your loss.
Y/N: yeah. I have a new family now but I miss you and Pete. :)
Ryan: Yeah we miss you too. Well I hope you have fun with your new family and hopefully we can visit soon
Y/N: yea hopefully
Ryan: well I’ll talk to you later
Y/N: ok bye
Ryan: bye
Wow, that I was so focused on the conversation that I didn’t realize we were at the mall.
“ We’re here you can buy anything you want. You can also order stuff online too if they don’t have it.”
I nodded. I’m so excited to finally pick out stuff I actually want. My parents bought stuff without asking me and it was never stuff I wanted. (3) Cheers to a new life.
