Eva

I walked down the hallway, my shoes making a noise every time I took a step. I'm in the main building where most of my classes are. However, I live in a different area. I wonder who will help me get there. As I kept waking down the damp and cold hallways I noticed some of the same girls I saw before. They were in a room talking to each other. When I was out front I only saw 6 six people but now it was more like 16 people in their group. That's funny seeing how I'm 16... I decided to poke my head in the room not thinking anyone would notice me but I was wrong. As soon as I stepped in the large room with a table that looked like it could be from ancient times and chairs that were on the side of it, everyone stopped talking and the room went silent. I prepared for the worst but kept my resting face on. At my old school people always thought I was mad or angry because of how I looked. When in reality it was just plain old me. Never thought it would come in handy until now. I would think these girls don't really like other people coming into their lives and I get it... however, I fully intend on learning them and how to get closer. It was silent for a good minute until everyone looked toward me and laughed.

"Who does she think she is trynna look all tough and shi?" Someone said in the crowd of people.

A girl with newly done box braids slowly stood up from the table and came close hovering over me. You could hear everyone still sitting down saying things like "She messed up now," and " Uh oh" and I heard a few "oouus"and "awes." Now just inches from me, she took the time to watch my every move. How I melted when she didn't look away, how my breathing got caught in my throat, and how I tried to avoid eye contact as much as I could.

"Ayo you just gon just stare at her like food or do sum?" The same person before said.

" I just wanted to see how tough the new girl thinks she is." The girl now so close to me I could feel her chest on mine. She took one hand and tilted my head up with her index finger having me stare her dead in the eyes. "However,it looks like she's not half as tough as she seems, are you princess?"

I didn't say anything I just stood there trying not to break, even tho she clearly sensed me letting my guard down. I started biting my lip and the girl smirked a little letting out a low chuckle.

She turned her attention back to the other students at the table who were all staring at us in awe almost as if this was crazy what just happened. I have to admit this was not something I thought would happen my first day here and I haven't even started class let alone got to my room. " Come on, let's go." Everyone quickly got up and cleared the room as if she was they're boss... Finally, she turned back to me and got even closer than before as if that were possible. She stood there grinning at me, but before she could say something someone yelled out a cryptic like word and the grin on her face faded away. It was almost as if she panicked, but not for too long. She moved back to where she was before in front of me. She took a piece of my hair and tucked it behind my ear hearing my breathing starting to hitch she slowly leaned in. I closed my eyes and felt her lips brush up against mine, then they weren't there anymore. She went next to my ear and whispered " Welcome to hell princess." I shivered feeling her breath on my neck. She stepped back and went towards the door, before she walked out of the room tho she said " Oh, and two things. One never let your guard down, and two especially not around me. Bye baby girl." She winked at me walking out and i felt the air start to fill my lungs again. What has my mom gotten me into, and why can't you let you're guard down here? Most importantly who was she?

Omniscient

Eva turned towards the door to walk out of the room. However as she was waking she noticed that no one was their anymore. She stopped waking and thought to herself " This seems like a lot of fun but my mom said that looks can be deceiving ever since I was a baby, maybe she was preparing me for now." She didn't know what was happening or why but she did know this wasn't going to be any ordinary stay at a school and that's what scared her the most.
