2. "Are you Serious!?"

"How do you feel about Fairies?"

She just looked at me like I was crazy. "Yea, Yea. They are cool, but really don't believe in them." She gave a little laugh and walked to the kitchen. I wonder what she was think. I followed her and watched as she took off her earrings. 

"Sooooo- Would you be friends with one?" I said with my hand.  

She looked at me with smirk. "Is this like you know one or are you one." She said running her tongue along her bottom teeth.

 I let my wings open up and go up so she could see them. She dropped her smile and widened her eyes. "NO WHY! This is not real. You aren't real." 

She said rubbing her eyes. "No, no no no. People are Hunting you down girl! What you are doing now talking to me is risking your life! Here I will go get some new clothes and you can sleep in my extra room. We need to keep your wings hidden" She said walking away and slowly taking parts of her dress apart.

Me and Niki actually get along great! I told her about my life and how I ended up here and she told me about hers.She told me about the Ball she was invited to but didn't know if she would bring someone or not. "Yea. YOU KNOW WHAT WOULD BE SOOOO COOL!" She suddenly yelled with excitement. I jumped a little. "What would be so cool?" I asked looking at her as if she was crazy. "I could bring you to the ball with me." She said with a big smile on her face. "YOu could meet the rest of my friends and make some friends.

 You look about 16 I have some really good friends around your age. I guess she forgot what we talked about earlier. About hiding from people. I wasn't going to say no these people seem some interesting, and isn't this what I came out of my city to do.

 "Tommy, and Tubbo. Great friends with each other but polar opposites. OH And we can make you a dress for the ball. Little Blue really fits you." 

She said the last part looking at the dress I was wearing but is now folded on the bed. I pushed my hair behind my pointy ear and looked down thinking about everything that she was saying. I quickly covered them looking at her. She wasn't even paying attention to me at that time she was looking at the dress pattern that was there. 

"Well we need to get a goodnight rest if we are going to get fabric or look for a dress in my closet I have so many from my mother and that I have made. THat color you where wearing I use it a lot in my dresses. We will see tomorrow. Goodnight Y/N" 

She said as she walked out to go blow out the candles in the rest of the house. "Goodnight Niki." I said getting under the covers and blowing out the white candle that was lighting the room. Turning over to let my wings lay out straight to not fold in my sleep.

I wake up to the sound of yelling from my window. 

"George I told you that I *Sneeze* smelled one. Smells like lavender and *Sneeze* freshly cut grass. Plus I am *Sneeze* allergic to them." I looked out my window and see a man with goggle glasses and a Man with a Smile Mask over the left part of this face. 

They seem to be looking down on the grown. pointing the glitter that fell of my Dress last night.

"Dream we are in front of Nikis house. This could be from fabric she might be making a dress. The Ball is in three days." I heard the Guy so called George say croing this arms and rolling his arms putting all his weight on this right foot.

Dream stood up and grabbed him by the collar and pulled him up to his face. "I know a fairy when I smell one. When I get my hands on that little creature then it is going to be luck for me forever." Dream said through closed teeth. pushing him back and walking away.

"Yea, that is who I was talking about last night about hunting. He has been at this for years now and he claims he saw one. No one even believes they are real when he said it. Well now I believe in them because you are here." Niki said walking in with  tea and a biscuit. I thanked her and took a sip of the tea. 

"Should we pick out a dress for the ball?" I asked eating the biscuit. looking her in the eyes. 

Her eyes light up with joy. "I was looking through my closet last night and found the perfect one for you to wear. We also need to go get some food supplies so we need to pick a dress that covers your wings." She said sipping her tea as well

I followed her to her room and see a Beautiful little blue Dress with little flowers along the chest. See through sleeves.

"Niki You made this!?"

 I asked with a surprised expression. I smiled at her. 

 "Yea I made it all myself was really hard. It was going to be fore one of my friends but she was really a mean in the end so I never used it. Until now. I thought you would look good in it. You can keep it too. Have something to remember this place if you can. If you leave, but I hope you never leave. I wish could stay here." 

She said sounding happy in the begin but got sad at the end. 

"NIki who said I was leaving? I came here to get away from the life I did live. I want to stay here. I know I have only met you but I have no reason to go back yet. I'm staying as long as I can." I said Smiling at her. She let loose and gave a comforting smile and hugged me.

"Y/N, This can be your home as long as you need it to be." she whispered in my ear hugging me. I relaxed and let out a sigh. I felt safe and free with her. "Thank you Niki I will always fight with and for you here." I said hugging back closing my eyes to enjoy the moment.
