*Trigger Warning* : Blood and emotional distress.
Part 4
It had been a few months since you last saw Castiel and the brothers. You wondered how they were doing and if they got those demons they were talking about. You had just gotten home from work and placed your keys on the counter with your bag on a bar stool chair. You slipped off your shoes and were about to walk towards your room when you heard a thud in your living room. You turned to see a beaten and bloody Castiel in your living room. Making eye contact before he fell.
"Cas!!" You yelled, running around your couch to his side. You fell to the floor and pulled him to you, turning him over to look at his face. "Cas, oh my god, what happened?" You grabbed his face and tried to clean the blood away with your hands.
"Lucifer... he--" Cas was cut short by coughing.
"Where does it hurt?" you felt tears burning in your eyes. You examined him and noticed a stab wound in his stomach and a black eye. Blood trickled from his mouth and down the sides of his head.
"I'm sorry. I don't know why I came here." he tried to move to get up but shouted in pain, grabbing his stomach wound. You laid him back down, shushing him.
"It's okay. Don't worry, I'll fix you up. Why aren't you healing?" you asked, knowing he healed you once, that he should be able to heal himself.
"I've exuded to much of my power. It will take some time to heal properly." Castiel met your gaze. You nodded.
"Okay. You can stay here until you heal, okay? I'll get you cleaned up. Can you stand?" you asked. Castiel nodded and you grabbed him around the shoulders, pulling him up. He wrapped his arm around you and struggled to get up, shouting in pain as he did. "I'm sorry." You said as you got him to his feet. He shook his head, trying to say it was okay.
"I appreciate the help." he winced as you began walking him to the bathroom. You held onto the wall as you realized he was heavier than you expected. Struggling into the doorway of the bathroom, Castiel lets you go and fell towards the toilet, plopping down on it. You turned toward the door again, running to get some paper towels and dig out your first aid kit. You opened the closet in your bedroom and threw a bunch of clothes from the top shelf, where your first aid kit was.
"Hang on, I'm coming!" you yelled, tripping over your clothes on the floor and catching yourself on the wall. You looked up and saw you left a blood smear on the buttercup yellow wall. You made a face at it, knowing you'll have a hard time cleaning it later. You looked across the hall to see Castiel sitting awkwardly on the toilet seat, holding his stomach. His hand was glowing but it didn't look like anything was happening. "Cas, Don't, You're too weak. You'll use up all your strength." You walked quickly over to him and placed all the supplies you needed to clean him up on the floor and knelt down in front of him.
"Sorry." He grunted. "I needed to try."
"I understand." you reached up and grabbed his jacket by the opening. "Here, let's get this off." You said pulling it down and off him, placing it in the bathtub as it had some blood on it. You were standing now, leaning forward taking off the suit jacket and then started loosening his tie, pulling it over his head and tossing those with his jacket. "You'll need some new clothes. I can go get you some tomorrow." You said, now unbuttoning his dress shirt. "You can wash this nonstop with all the bleach and cleaners and it will never be fully white again." You explained.
"That makes sense." he grunted. You took off his dress shirt and tossed it in the tub also, revealing his plain white undershirt, blood staining it.
