Speed = Asgore, he doesn't have a healing factor
Flare = Sans
Crystal = Papyrus
Pearl = Toriel, Speed and Pearl never got married
Black = Napstablook, not a ghost
Lazuli = Undyne
Leaf = Muffet, runs a flower shop
Trace = Alphys
Silvia = Mettaton, not a robot
And last but not least, Sunshine = Asriel/Flowey, Flowey is a gracia flower named Gracy
Side Characters
Axel = Monster Kid
Dr. Robert = Gaster
Spike = Mad Dummy, not a dummy
Pops = Grillby
Some important info about this AU. The berserk virus exists in this universe. Crystal can break the forth wall. Ms. Mollie was the former queen of the Pokemon before she died during the war. Speeds first order as king was to surrender ending the war. Since Speed, Crystal and Flare have the "royal blood" from their father, the three of them can use Gaster Blasters.
