Hi everyone.

Finally, the sequel that for some reason, everyone wanted, is here! I've been trying to release this for so long but I had a hard time trying to figure out how to conclude this duology, which is why I initially didn't want to release it. But after enough support, I decided that I would.

Now, I wanted to release this yesterday, but for some reason, I kind of forgot yesterday was the 2nd, so I ended up not realizing it before it was too late. Hope it being a day late isn't too bad.

Also, there is not going to be an update schedule since I don't have the chapters pre-written and don't trust myself enough to keep a schedule without it being pre-written. So whenever I'll have a chapter ready, I'll make sure to notify you all when it is ready, (and hopefully on time.)

That's all I have to say. Leave what you feel in the comments and any criticisms you have!

The calm, still morning was one filled with peace and solitude for a certain dalmatian. Something about the wind blowing ever so gently and calmly while the flora flourished made the environment seem ever so perfect. Marshall had always loved the solitude and beauty of mornings, but especially now, with the laughter of his friends as ambiance, it helped him relieve the stress of last night.

Glancing up, he saw Everest approaching him, which made him grow a small smile as she came up to him. At first, she simply sat down by him, nuzzling her body up close to him, until she finally spoke.

"Hey, Mr. Stumbles."

"What did I say about that nickname?"

"What? You know I love that name."

"Well, I for one, hate it."

Marshall's remark caused the husky to chuckle a little bit before she continued the conversation.

"Anyway, the others were wondering if you wanted to join in on our game."

"What game?"

"Soccer for right now, but they're down to play something else if you are."

"I'm down, just give me a couple of minutes. I'm a bit tired."

"That's fine," Everest assured him, sitting up a bit to stretch. "How's Chase?"

"Hm?"

"Like, you know, is he... doing okay?"

"He... he's been doing better day by day. He hasn't gotten over it, but I'm sure he'll find peace eventually."

"Poor dog, I hope he does."

"Yeah, I mean, he's strong, so I'm sure he... he..."

"Marshall?"

Marshall drained out Everest once his eyes caught something. In the forest beside the lookout, there stood a figure, dressed in what appeared to be ritualistic robes and attire, his face is masked by the darkness. Blinking once, he saw the form disappear.

"Marshall? What's happening?"

Completely forgetting about Everest, he shook his and glanced back to her, giving a weak fake smile to her.

"Sorry, just getting flashbacks to something."

"Flashbacks? To what?"

"To... um... it's complicated. I'd rather not explain it."
