Chapter 6

The "Doctors."

Bethany, Blake and Bryan quietly walk up to the house that their leader told them to go scope out to see if his findings were accurate. They drive by the home at first glance it looked fine, almost like there could be nothing wrong at all.

Blake complained, "This is stupid it doesn't look like master was right this time." 

"Shut up Blake I can sense it master was right. Don't worry someone in this house is very stressed, depressed and unwanted," Bethany said turning over to Bryan and Blake with a mischievous grin. 

They park a little way down the road and get out.

They slowly creep up to a house making sure no one was watching. Bethany was overcome by the uneasiness of the unstable home. 

She looked over at Bryan and said " I want you to walk up to the back window and peer in but make sure no one sees you or I'll beat your ass!"

"Whatever you say Bethany" he whispers in discussed under his breath.

 He slowly crept over to the back of the house and looked in the window very carefully, he saw a young girl with scars all over her arms with her dad at the kitchen table crying while she was eating. He looked around the home some more finding Ashlynn's backpack on the ground near the door. Beer bottles and vodka bottles littered the floor.   

"She will be perfect," Bryan said to himself with the biggest smile on his face, his eyes danced at the thought of being able to experiment on her.

He slowly walked back to Bethany and Blake in utter excitement. "I definitely saw the person in distress. She is a young girl and when I was peering in I saw a backpack and on it said Ashlynn, it looked like it was just her and her alcoholic father" he said turning to Bethany. 

"Yes it would be nice trying the experiment on a younger child, Did it look like her father cared about her?" Bethany said, worried that he would because she was scared that they would have to find a different candidate for their trial. 

He grinned at her and then over at Blake. "It looks to me he could care less about her."

Bethany and Blake meet Bryans grin and they turned away from the house and started walking back to the van they came in. 

"So we just need to keep watch on that little scum, then we'll have another one. Master will be pleased with our find." Bethany grinned.

They drove back to the hospital in glee and got prepared for the journey that they were going to take.
