The Secret

I get out of the car and go straight to my room in the Tower. The entire time, Peter follows me. I lock my door when I enter my room so that he can't follow me in. Then I get a text from him.

(Bold is texts from Peter, italics is Jenna)

Peter

If you don't let me in so I can talk to you, then I am telling Nat your secret

I don't know what you are talking about

Let me in and I will tell you

I know you're mad based on your lack of texting abbreviations, but I need to talk to you

I'm worried about you

I sigh. I get up and open my door. Peter seems nervous. I shut the door behind him.

"What?" I ask, my tone as cold as ice.

"Why are you mad at me?" Peter asks. He seems genuinely confused.

"You embarrassed me, Peter. That wasn't cool." I say, my voice still icy and as hard as a rock.

"I know, and I'm sorry." He apologizes.

"What is my secret?" I challenge. Peter grabs my left hand. He pushes my shirt sleeve up to my elbow, exposing cuts all along my forearm, along with scars that are slightly darker than my skin. 

"That." He says. I open my mouth to speak, but then close it again.

"Please stop." He begs, his voice full of pain. I pull my sleeve back down. 

"Peter... I..." I stutter.

"You what?" He asks gently. I sigh and look down at the ground. 

"I'm sorry." I whisper. Peter pulls me in and hugs me.

"Please don't tell." I plead.

"Your secret is safe with me. But please stop." He begs.

"I'll try." I promise him.

Hey. That was... Wow.... where this will go..... I am actually really stuck right now. A bit of a writers block. help me guys.
