The Akuma

Allen's POV

I was so relieved that Komui approves of Lenalee and I's marriage. I wouldn't feel right if he didn't. But still, I cannot wait for the wedding, and for some reason Lenalee wanted to have the wedding on the day before my birthday. (Which is a month from now.) I didn't understand why but she said it HAS to be arranged like that. She is so crazy, but that's why I love her. So we started to plan it as quick as we could because we didn't have a lot of time. First i went into town with Lavi to get some stuff for the wedding. I brought Lavi because he's going to be my best man. And for some reason I thought that he would have advice for me.
"Okay Allen, what do you want." Said Lavi
"I don't know, I've never seen a wedding before, so I don't know what to do." I said
He stopped walking and looked at me.
"Oh my gosh! You've never been to a wedding before!" He said
"No. I've spent most of my years with general Cross, and at the order. So I've never had a chance to see one."
"Well your lucky because I've seen A LOT of weddings on my travels as a Bookman."
"So what do we do first."
"First you need to get a tuxedo to wear at the altar."
"Okay, a tuxedo."
"Lenalee said she would take care of the decorations and music and stuff like that right?"
"Yes, I kinda feel bad because she only asked Miranda for help."
"Well knowing Lenalee she will be fine, but that's good for you because now you have less work to do. So I think you should plan the honeymoon and the guest list. I'll think of some more things for you can do in a while."
"Thanks Lavi, and do you know where we should go get a tuxedo?"
"Yup. I saw a place in town the other day, it should be around the corner."
"Okay then let's go."
We walked over to turn the corner when I had a bad feeling. I didn't know what it was but all I know is that I felt a familiar presence. One that I don't want to feel. And I was right. Once we turned the corner. I was terrified of what I saw. I saw a soul...An Akuma's soul. I was glued to my spot, I didn't know what to do. Lavi had been shaking me to get out of my trance. I guess he noticed my eye and stopped shaking me and backed away. I could see that he was terrified also. He reached for his hammer but he didn't have it, he had left it back at the order. The Akuma looked in our direction and saw us. He quickly transformed, luckily he was a level 1, so he wouldn't be a big challenge. People were running away, screaming in fear as I was ran toward to the Akuma, Lavi followed me. I activated my innocence and tried to get a good look at the demon.
"Run Lavi!!! You don't have your innocence so run back to the order!!!" I yelled
"No! I'm staying with you, even if I don't have my innocence I'll stay with you!" Lavi stated.
"Damn it Lavi!"
The Akuma started to shoot the Poison Bullets at us but we dodged them. Lavi quickly ran up to the Akuma but it went up, and almost disappeared in the sky. I tried to go after it but Lavi held me back.
"Let me go Lavi!!!" I shouted trying to get out of his grasp. "I have to get it!!!"
"No Allen!!! You can't even get to where it is even if you tried!!! Lavi shouted at me as he let me go.
"Damn it Lavi!!! Why did you sto-"
He slapped me. I finally got out of my raging self. And back to normal.
"Listen Allen. We need to go get back to the order and report what has happened. The Akuma is long gone now."
"Fine." I said as I crossed my arms.
We started to walk back to the order. It was already dark out. It was around 10 o'clock once we got back into the building. Once we got through the doors Lenalee ran up to me and hugged me. She knocked me on the ground. I forgot how fast she was.
"Where were you! I was afraid something had happened! Tell me you're okay." Lenalee said as she held me in her arms.
"I'm okay Lenalee, but, something did happen." I said as I got up from the floor.
"What happened!!"
i don't know why but I was afraid to tell her that we ran into an Akuma. I was worried for her safety. I didn't want her to be hurt or worried. I just wanted her to be safe, and happy.
"Well are you going to tell me or not." She said as she let go of me.
"W-well L-Lavi and I r-ran into an A-a-Akuma." I said as I let out a breath.
The expression on her face almost made me cry. She looked scared, worried, and shocked. She fell to the ground. And she started to cry. Now that made me cry. I never wanted her to cry. It made me sad that I couldn't have gotten rid of the Akuma. Lavi had headed toward Komui's office as I sat down next to Lenalee.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry that I couldn't protect you. I'm sorry I couldn't protect both of you."I put my hand of her stomach. She had looked up at me with her eyes full of tears, and she was shocked at my last sentence.
"H-how did you know." She said she how did you know that I was pregnant." She said
