A/N: HEY GUYS BIG CHAPTER DJJF
-lenora assandra-
I heard Draco laugh behind me as I fell forward into our room, but I had quick reflexes this time. Before completely tumbling onto the floor, I turned around and pulled him with me soon after he shut the door.
We both fell, me landing on my back while Draco landed right on top of me, his elbow supporting him as he laughed. I laughed with him up until the point that we both realized the position we were in.
His face slowly became more serious as his laughing died down, and mine followed.
He cleared his throat and snapped back to reality, rolling off of me and standing up.
"I suppose we should get started."
Why didn't he kiss me?
Maybe it was too soon for his liking.
I stood up after him, following him to the table as usual. He poured us each a glass of firewhiskey, again, as usual, and downed his.
I did the same and set my glass back on the table, preparing for whatever his card might say. He didn't give much of a reaction when he read it, so there was no telling how bad (or good) it might be.
He looked at me, already knowing the routine and sliding his card in front of me.
I picked it up and read it.
You must use your teeth to undress your partner.
That's really not bad at all. I suppose his reaction when he read it was because he would just look kind of stupid, but it's not bad.
After I finished reading his, I slid my card to him, as always.
I just knew my card would lift his spirits- most likely at my expense.
He took my card from the table and read it.
Your partner must tease you with something hot. Like, literally hot.
There was a good chance that this card was Ginny's, but I couldn't quite remember.
A grin spread across Draco's face, as expected.
"Happy, are we?" I teased him.
"And you aren't, Lenora? You should be," he responded smugly.
"And why should I be, then?"
"There's a reason that this is a venture card and not a loss. You'll enjoy it, especially if it's me who's preforming it."
Well, I couldn't deny that. Almost every card we've gotten had the potential to be bad for me, but he made it better.
Even so... I won't admit that.
"Big ego you've got there," I teased him further.
He stepped closer.
"It's the truth," he said lowly, but smugly.
I said nothing. I sure as hell was not going to agree with him- his ego was definitely already big enough.
