“Harry,” I weakly called, shaking the mop of curls on my tummy. He looked up at  me with his eyes half closed “Bathroom.”

“Come on,” He stood up and lifted me up, I was way too tired to protest about him carrying me. He supported me with one hand as he pulled the IV with him using the other.

I got in the bathroom and he thankfully waited outside, Ik finished and washed my hands. When I got out he was hugging his knees as small snores left his nose. I looked at him with a smile.

I walked over to the bed and got a hold of my blanket, I put it over him and pulled my IV with me to the door. I figured this was such a bad decision, but I need fresh air. I haven’t gotten out of the hospital since my long comma, about three days ago.

Time is running so fast and in no time, I wont even be here. I glanced up at the stars and inhaled deeply, before exhaling. I walked over to the park and sat at the tree. This was one of my favourite places ever.

Life is so unfair. I’ve been a good person. I never harmed anyone, or at least tried to. I wanted to explore and look at places and be remembered for something. I groaned as a wave of fresh tears hit me.

I need to stop this.

I refuse to spend my last days with Harry crying. I want him to remember me as the optimistic girl that kept smiling until she died.

I can do it.

“Found her!” I opened my eyes to find Harry by my side in a second. I didn’t even realise I fell asleep. He wrapped his arms around me securely and something wet was on my shoulder.

Tears.

“Harry,” I said as I lifted his head up, his tears were red and wet. “Don’t cry, please. Im okay.”

He stood wordlessly and carried me to my room. He dragged the IV as I hugged him. We got into my room and he lay me on the bed, and sat down without a word spoken.

“Are you mad at me?” I warily asked. He shook his head as he sighed.

“When I woke up and I couldn’t find you, the first thing that came to my mind was that you were…” He gulped harshly, “Gone. I didn't even notice the blanket you put on me. I just went out and started screaming. I went to the ER and found someone dying. Sh-she Looked like you.” He covered his face. “I thought you left me. I went crazy. Those few minutes were unbearable.” He wiped a tear that escaped his eye and I hugged him close to me.

“I’m so sorry harry.” I covered my mouth and he shook his head.

“Don't be. It’s just that I'm afraid of what i’ll be without you.”

“Can you-um-sleep with me tonight?” He looked at me with raised eyebrows.

“I mean just sleep.” I giggled and he nodded, standing up and giving me the blanket that was on the floor.

He joined me on the bed and wrapped his arms around me tightly. He breathed in and I smiled. His lips were on my forehead and moved their way all around my face, placing small kisses all over. I felt safe and if I were to choose when to die, It'd choose right here, right now.

“Sir, rules are rules. You’re not allowed to sleep with a patient.”

“You’re gonna wake her up.”

“Sir, I'm gonna call security if you don't move.” I opened my eyes and a nurse i’ve never seen before stood by the door, I looked at harry and he seemed annoyed.

“Look! You woke her up. You had one job.” He sighed and stood up, leaving the bed. I felt cold and I wanted to kick the nurse for making him leave.

“Thank you, sir.” She smiled at me, “Good morning Anastasia.”

I politely smiled back and watched as she left. Harry sat at the seemingly uncomfortable chair. He opened his phone and dialled someone. I patted the bed and he shook his head lightly.

“Please?” I pouted my lip, making him sigh and ignore what the nurse said. He sat on the bed and placed a hand on my head, kissing softly.

“Two large margaritas, Thick crust.” He winked at me and I shifted my gaze to his lips instead. They were nice and pink.

“Okay thank you.” He said and hung up. Thank you? Harry never says that.

“Your breakfast is on it’s way, your majesty.” He chuckled and I wrapped my arms around him. I don't want to talk today.

“Are you okay, baby?” He asked as his eyebrows frowned in confusion. My head started pounding lightly.

“I have decided something last night. I want our last days together to be special. No more tears, no more crying. Just you, me, and whatever life throws our way. I want you to be happy.”

“Well, I like your idea.” He smiled and pecked my lips.

“You haven’t kissed me in a long time.” I said-matter of factly-

“Missing my lips?”

“Very.”

“Ana, good morning.” My mother entered with my dad and a plastic bag.

“Good morning, mum and dad.”

“Harry, have you seen my phone?” I looked at him and he opened the drawer, handing it to me. I haven’t opened this thing in a long time.

My mother sat on Harry’s usual chair and got a hold of my hand. She stroked it and smiled fondly.

“Remember when you were five? When you drew your father and I?”

“What drawing? I used to draw all the time.”

“The one where it was your wedding. I think I still have it somewhere.”

“Oh yeah! I remember the ‘husband’ being blond. Didn't t know id be stuck with this one.” I pointed at Harry and laughed, squinting his eyes shut.

“Or when you were six and you had a cute crush on the boy next door, What was his name again?”

“Martin.” I reminded her with a giggle.

“Or when you were eight, and I took you on your bike for the first time.” My dad decided to speak, surprising us all. “I gave you a pound for every time you'd go on your own.”

“And do any of you remember that birthday party, when you all squished cake on my face?” I said over-excitedly.

“You forced me to buy you a new cake.” My dad laughed.

I smiled at the memories we shared together. Sure my parents went away for a long time, but they were still my parents. They made me happy before they left. I looked at my source of happiness and positivity and he was smiling. I loved it when harry smiled.

A knock was placed on the door and the last face uI expected came in, causing my parents and I to gasp. My mother stood up angrily as my dad held her down. Harry’s arms tightened as he probably sensed something was off with this woman.

Aunt Jackie was here.
