so when you activate your quirk your eyes glow white and your so do the tips of your hair, ya'll know what I mean right? anyways when you use your quirk you can control the weather (like storm from x-men) but you can better control lighting than any other weather, when ever you don't have you katana and use your quirk you can only really change the weather but when you activate it with the katana handle a lighting blade come from out of it and you can like use it as an conductor and like choose things to electrocute and you can slice anything in one hit or whateva, anyways if it's not you using it then that bitch will play dead frfr no one can use your katana handle but you. 🙂
