This is my oc his name is: burakku aisu which means black ice in pretty sure
He's a second year at u.a., his quirk is black ice (and nobody say anything about how his name is his quirk)
He can pretty much do everything that todo can do with his ice quirk but the ice is black, the ice is turned black because their is a gas inside of it that makes it that color so when this ice is melted of broken who ever inhales the gas can now be controled by him
His draw backs are hypothermia and that's pretty much it lolz
