"That's so stupid," he'd said. "I'm not doing that."

And yet, here you both were. Sitting across from each other, facing their adversary in an attempt to find something they wouldn't do.

His eye was watching you, trying to pierce a hole in your movement to make you falter. So far, your stubborn attitude had begun paying off.

"Yes," you'd said. "You are."

You and your captain glared at the other, his height giving him confidence and a false security of winning the sudden stare-off. But, obviously, it didn't work. Your e/c eyes gazed into his icy blue eye with such intensity and determination he'd taken a step back.

"Fine," he'd muttered. "We are."

Your challenge to him was that of Truth or Dare.

He of course thought your idea to be ridiculous and trivial, but accepted your proposal after realizing he'd have nothing better to do. Getting drunk with his men would most likely never tire him, but he liked to change things ever so often.

You'd asked him first. "Truth or Dare, Motochika?"

Once a plan formed in his head, covered with frosty hair, he enjoyed accepting your challenge even more. "Truth."

Coward, you thought. Pirate captains should be brave and choose dare!

Despite his choice, you continued without complaint. "Okay," you'd said. "Is it true you've never been in a relationship?"

He looked at you with annoyance and irritation obvious, but answered with an honest and sincere voice. "That is true, I've never had a lasting relationship."

Lasting?

Motochika smiled at you deviously. "Your turn, Y/n," he'd said.

And now you sat, wondering which option you should choose while he asked. "Truth or Dare?" You shuffled a bit on your legs, shifting them from criss-crossed to underneath your body. "Truth."

Only slightly ashamed of your response, you made eye contact and dared him with your eyes to ask a personal question. "Is it true you're interested in someone on board?" Immediately, you found your loop-hole.

Interested in, not romantically interested in. Bingo.

"Yes," you said. "That's true." His blue eye widened and his mouth opened slightly, but he quickly closed it and looked down at the wooden floor. He crossed his arms and huffed.

"Truth or Dare?"

The captain closed his eye for a moment before responding. "Dare." A devilish grin spread across your face, and Motochika already regretted his mistake.

"I dare you..." you said, dragging the 'you.' "Toooooo..."

He scowled at your smaller form in front of him and growled impatiently. You smiled all the while, knowing it was driving him mad.

"I dare you," you repeated, "to let me wear your jacket, and-"

He cut you off with, "Ah-ah-ah, Y/n. One at a time. It's either my jacket or the other thing for now." His turn to smile came, and he did so triumphantly while you pouted and sighed. "Fine. Jacket," you said, reaching your arms out for his purple leather jacket. It didn't close, but it wasn't cold, anyway. You just wanted to wear it.

He wasn't wearing anything other than that and a pair of large pants, so he was shirtless after he handed his cover to you. You almost didn't notice the small dust of pink on his cheeks.

"Alright, then. Truth or Dare?"

Motochika had moved to where he had one leg stretched and the other bent upward, one arm leaning on his higher leg and the other hanging by his side. His chest and stomach was exposed, as you'd taken notice. And perhaps a bit of liking to.

Without blushing or stuttering, which came to a bit of surprise to both of you, you responded, "Dare."

Though not as victorious as before, his smirk returned. "I dare you to cook for the crew tonight."

That wasn't really what he wanted to dare you, but he had patience. And you had a fear your cooking was terrible. "What?!" you exclaimed, shock and irritation clear on your face.

Your captain laughed away at your annoyance, only intensifying the feeling. You grunted from frustration but agreed. "Fine..."

His gaze was caught with yours when you quickly stared at him, a look of seriousness and determination on your face. "Truth or Dare?"

"Hmph," he said. "Dare." Your eyes were daring him as much as the game was. This was only supposed to be a friendly game, but it had turned into an intense competition.

"I dare you to stay on land for three more days." You ended with a smirk of your own. He looked at you like you had offended his great ancestors, which you might've unintentionally done. After all, he was a pirate.

"That's it," he said, which almost made you fear for life, especially when he started moving towards you.

A glare of a single eye watched you tremble with fear. You're almost cute when you're scared, he thought.

Motochika tackled you suddenly, trapping you beneath him as you both fell to the wooden floor. He'd done so with a growl, frightening you all the more. He held your wrists with his hands as he pinned you against the hard surface.

"M-Motochika?" you stammered. Fear had taken control of you, and you certainly did not want to upset your captain. He wasn't called a demon for nothing.

He sized you up, looking down at your bodies and then up at your face. He made eye contact again as if he wasn't doing anything abnormal. "What?" he asked.

"U-um, what are you doing?" He smiled victoriously again, as if he'd won the game. "I thought we were playing," he said, feigning innocence.

"Augh!" you yelled, retaliating against his strength and pushing him down when he released his hold of you. "You're terrible! You scared me, you know that?!"

Motochika laughed as you gently beat his bare chest, in which you eventually joined. You two became a giggling mess, chuckling uncontrollably at one another.

"You're crazy," you eventually said when your laughing fit ended. "Perhaps," he responded. "But I doubt as much as you."

"Pfft. Whatever, crazy pirate captain." You wrapped his jacket around your shoulders tighter, leaning into him when he stopped laughing and sat up. He put his arm around your side and hummed. When he looked down, he was smiling at you, and you grinned up at him.

He planted a kiss on top of your forehead, earning only a slightly surprised reaction from you. As you had said, he was a crazy pirate captain. You were sure he'd do something crazy in the future, too. Just not so soon, of course.

Motochika took his body heat with him as he moved in front of you, sitting on the cold floor. He looked you dead in the eyes, and you almost feared for your life again. But when he gently placed a finger on your forehead, all fear diminished.

"I dare you to let me do that again."
