When we passed by the salt town, already traveling more than 1,500 miles. We end up reaching another place called Tuwat Oasis. As we stopped to rest I hear several Piligrams talking about something that has to do with Muslims. Curious, I leave Shanice and Ghalen with the woman and her daughter that I saw during the ruckus to listen. I sit behind a large tower of sand and kept quiet to listen. It got really interesting until one of the pilgrims saw me hiding behind the sand and quickly grabbed me. Scared, I slapped him as hard as I can, he lets go and I run all the way back to my tent. I see the man running in the same direction as I did. He suddenly stops to see a bunch of tents, He runs quickly back to where he came from. Before I know it there are about 20 Muslims coming near the tents. Mansa Musa comes out of the leader tent and the Man I slapped greets Mansa Musa. Mansa Musa greets back and tells all of us to come out of our tents as he gave the news that we have a place to stay. Most people cheered but I stood there quiet. I wanted to cheer so badly but it felt like my body turned to stone. I looked down seeing Shanice hugging my legs happy and Ghalen clapping and spitting. I have never seen them this happy before. I thought, *I never liked seeing those too sad, if I want them to keep being like this, then I will stay here for them.* I sighed and smiled. I put a big smile on my face, it didn't feel real but I still managed to put that smile on. We follow the men who lead us to this temple. I noticed a sharp scraper of some sort. It was small, and the handle was made of sticks. I then pay back attention to the Men who were telling us something.
