Hazel's Pov
As soon as we flashed away I assumed where we were going. Percy would take us to the one place the gods can't get to us. Alaska. As soon as i got my bearings I ran over to help Frank to his feet. He wasn't as shocked as the others seeing how his dad is Mars. He was still shaken though. "Frank. Frank look at me." I said while gently shaking his shoulders. When he looked at me I could see the hatred in his eyes. I wasn't surprised I felt the same way. We've done so much and risked so much for these gods and they decide that we need to be vapourized. If they had decided to kill us it might be a bit different. We would be able to see our friends who died in Elysium but Noo we would spend the rest of eternity floating in cold blackness. Never seeing anyone ever again keeping all of our memories and suffering. I was raging at the gods and decided that the gods reign needed to end. Once I got Frank to his feet and made sure he was ok I moved on to help Leo. "Leo. Leo. Leo I know that you're shocked but I need you to get up for me so we can figure out what to do." I told him gently. When he looked up I saw tears in his eyes. "My-My own dad voted for-for me to die." He stuttered as silent tears dripped down his face. "Leo listen to me. They were not voting to kill us but to vapourize us." I told him slowly not knowing if he had been told this information before the war. "But isn't that killing us?" He asked. "No. It's kind of like sending us to a void where we just float in cold darkness forever suffering." I told him knowing it would hurt more but also give him the information he needed. "So you mean to tell mE THAT MY DAD VOTED TO HAVE ME SENT TO ETERNAL SUFFERING INSTEAD OF JUST KILLING ME!" He ended up shouting with hot tears running down his face. "Yeah." I said quietly. Leo's shouting had snapped everyone else out of their shock. I looked around and saw anger in everyone's eyes. No this was much more than anger. This was pure hatred. I knew I felt the same way as them. "So what's the plan?" Thalia said looking scarier than I've ever seen her. "My dad and the person I looked up to the most both voted for me to be vapourized and I think the gods time ruling is done." Thalia said. We all nodded our heads in agreement. "Time to murder some gods." Percy said with an evil smile on his face.
