Zombification has been around for a long time, but people have taken advantage of its use and started a zombie apocalypse. People that have Voodoo as a religion, used it for making your state of health better, and to keep many people sane. Doctors used hypnosis to see if this has anything to do with the zombie outbreak, and it does.

My name is Allysun. I am 14 years old and I was born into the age of the zombies. I was born in Edmonton, Canada and by the time I was 12, zombie apocalypse started.

Even though I am not a Canadian, I act like one more than as an American. Three-Fourths of the United States and Canada is the zombie population. The government has been on and off since the zombie apocalypse started in the year 2012. There are schools, but they are only in safe zones, and you have to have to get inspected every single day before you go to class for scrapes, and scars, and you have to keep a record of what happened and why. It's hard, but its life. We have advanced technology like iPhones and things like that, and it helps. A lot.

I have friends and loved ones and I have lost many along the way.

Most of my friends are older, and are able to do more than me.

April 14th, 2015 is when I am able to get my killing/saving license. The day you turn 15 in the safe zone that I live in, you have to help repopulate, help guard the safe zone, or if you choose to, help control the zombie population outside of your safe zone. When you go and get your Killing/Saving license you have to take a test and you have to learn how to kill, and whether or not you are going to do it or not, you have to learn how to save zombies and turn them back to humans.

I will be the last one in my teen-survival group to get my killing license and I will get to go killing and saving with all of my friends. Even though I wouldn't have to go, it is still dangerous to even repopulate since the virus is in the air and I would have to be isolated and when fresh blood gets spilled the zombies go ape and try to get into the safe zones.

I have a lot of friends that go out and kill and try to save zombie without getting hurt but I have lost a couple or friends because they weren't careful. The people that are my friends that go hunting are: Clayton, Kyle, Salem, Brandon, Riley, Saylor, Mulan, Ariana R., Katy, and Joey. The guys have to go out and hunt but the girls are allowed to stay inside the safe zone for the rest of our lives if we please. My friends that are girls that stay to repopulate are: Anna, Cheyenne, Leah, Lauren, Sadie, Aryana H., Ryleigh, and Jayleigh. If you repopulate then you have the choice to quit repopulating if there is a problem or you just don't want to do it anymore, but the only down side to that is that if you were to turn into a hunter/saver then you have to keep on doing that. Most of the girls have boyfriends and have been married but all of my friends and I are in high school.

My parents got eaten by a type of zombie called a lurker. My little brother is in grade school and I just brought back my baby cousin from the U.S since her mother died and was one of the first zombies in the U.S in 2011.

Safe zones are basically little towns, or in the U.S there are 2 states that are safe zones that are scarcely populated by anyone. In California, it's a safe zone and is only inhabited by around a thousand people. If my hypothesis is correct, then there are around only a million or maybe half that in other countries. Australia was the first to get the disease so all of Australia is populated by zombies.

A/N: I am going to make most of these chapters in the names of people after this chapter in order to make the story thicker and to possibly make a series. I will also write about different people's perspectives and write about Allysun's perspective every other chapter or so.
