A purr escaped Dijon as he practiced his instrument. A faint melody filled the air as he tiredly waited for the others. A soft noise filled the room that had escaped him as he paused. He had fallen asleep during patrol and was exhausted after the whole 'let's fight Kincaid for the 11th time this week'. He was ready for a break. He closed his eyes as his tune fell silent. Then another noise filled the room, bringing him back to reality.
His eyes drifted over to where the sound had appeared. Near the stairs to the third floor was Seafoam with a French Horn. She had a large, unique case resting on her back as she lowered the horn from her mouth. He blinked as she spoke softly.
"Hey." He hummed lightly in reply. "Sorry if I'm disturbing. I thought I would keep the music going." He smiled.
"You're good. You just grabbed my attention from falling asleep." Seafoam nodded before grabbing the small stool at her feet and going over.
"Are you ok?"
"Just tired. I asked Erma for a minor break so I can rest a little. But it's a little hard when we have this small meet up and I don't want to go to my room where Crepe will disturb me." Seafoam paused as she placed her stuff down and sat on the stool.
"Then here. You relax... because we're here early and the others are on patrol and such... you relax. I'll just warm up my instruments." He nodded tiredly as she pulled out a small piano from her case and slowly warmed up. The sound got him to fall asleep.

Dijon was gently shaken awake by Crawford as the other finished setting up. He quietly thanked the taller ranger before sitting up from his spot. Wendy smiled.
"Get a good rest in?" Dijon nodded as he rubbed his eyes and stretched.
"Yeah... definitely needed that." He looked at the group and smiled. "Are we ready?" Seafoam nodded as she looked over the group.
"Is everyone tuned?" Sage's face went to a crimson color.
"I... haven't... then again... it's been a while since I've done it..." Dijon held out a hand to him.
"Let me see." Sage lowered his head as he passed over his piccolo.
"That's all I could bring without alerting Scarlet." Dijon smiled lightly as a warm yellow glow encased the instrument. He made some adjustments.
"There. That should do the trick." Sage murmured a thanks as he took it from him. Crawford smiled as he strummed his guitar slightly.
"Dijon, you're not going to pull a Lapis, are you?" Dijon frowned before it hit him.
"You mean... listen and hear how off tune you are?" Crawford nodded. "Yeah... I don't know how he does that. I can't do it without casting my yellow aura. And I don't feel like doing that." Seafoam smiled.
"Well... we need a good tuner." Wendy smiled as she adjusted her saxophone's position.
"Here. If I hear someone not matching with me, you're out of tune. That sound good?" They nodded. "But first, lemme tune against Sage since he is tuned." Sage gulped as they finished setting up.

While they weren't used to being in such a large group, they were able to find solid ground in music. Calm, classical music that had a mythical view and felt magical. Seafoam was able to find that with Admiral's help. You would think someone whose arms are delicate couldn't play anything. But delicate arms never said a piano was hard. Her playing ability with the gentle instrument was incredible while Seafoam played a cello that completed the tune.
