That night, Bucky ended up staying with Rosie. Rosie didn't mind, not at all, but she still never told him her sweet spot. She had woken up early, she got off the bed and went out to the living room, well she went to go to the bathroom. She washed her face, then brushed her teeth, then her hair, she went back out and opened the blinds and curtains, letting light in. It took a while for bucky to wake up, but he did. While he got ready for the day, Rosie did too. 

"Rosie, if I were you I wouldn't wear jeans!" Bucky shouted from the living room 

"I know!" She shouted back, Bucky had mentioned going on a run last night. She wore a pair of grey sweatpants with a cornflower blue shirt. She wore a sweater over it. She went back out to put on her sneakers. 

"Okay, you ready?" Bucky asked 

"Yup" She said 

"You have everything?" He asked

"Yeah. Where are we running? Or i mean, how far?" Rosie asked 

"The lab" He answered 

"Like the..." 

"The avengers lab." 

"Okay, let's go. We're not getting any closer too it, are we?" Rosie asked, she left through the front door, Bucky followed after her. 

"C'mon Buck, run faster." She said, Bucky caught up to her. The farther they got, the more tired Rosies legs would get. Bucky looked fine, but he was tall, Rosie was 5'6, she wasn't tall but she wasn't short. 

"C'mon Rosie, run faster" Bucky teased, before saying anything Rosie teleported infront of him, about 10 feet farther than him 

"Hey! I said no powers!" Bucky shouted, Rosie put up her middle finger and kept going. Eventually they made it there, Bucky waited for Rosie. He had caught up after Rosie teleported. They went upstairs to the avengers lab. 

"Look who finally showed up" Steve said as they came in, Rosie hugged him 

"Talk to me when you ran from buckys house to here" Rosie said 

"I already have" He said

"Then I guess we can talk" She said

"Nothings really important that we know-" Steve said 

"That you know" Rosie said after 

"Yeah. But today, we are going to see just how good you are" Steve said 

"What do you even mean, 'how good you are'?" She asked 

"I'll explain later but for now, meet Captain Marvel" Steve said, a blonde haired woman came to shake Rosies hand 

"Carol Danvers" The woman said, shaking Rosies hand 

"Rosie Rogers" Rosie said

"Are you part of the Avengers?" She asked 

"That's what we're going to see. We'll put Rosie against many things to see if she's ready to Join, she'll be against some of our members too" Steve said, she nodded 

"What can you do? Hand to hand combat? Powers?" Carol asked Rosie 

"I've got teleportation and force fields, and I can do hand to hand combat. I also have some skill with knives." Rosie answered 

"Can I see?" Carol asked, Rosie held out her hand and formed a force field

"I can also send it out, and make it explode. I can also fly with it, but my balance isn't too well" Rosie said 

"And teleportation?" She asked, Rosie teleported behind carol and tapped her shoulder 

"Nice abilities. I've got proton blasts" Carol said 

"Now that you two have gotten to know eachother, i think it's time we get her in the room" Steve said, grabbing Rosie by the shoulders and leading her to a room. The walls were glass. 

"Before you start, here you go" Steve said, handing her a dagger 

"A-are you sure? This is a dagger, Steve" Rosie said 

"No its not, it's a hologram thingy i worked on. Won't cause any damage" Tony said over a mic 

"Oh, okay" Rosie said
