I planned to post this on the hypothetical Marvel OC headcannons part 2 but like I can't wait to come up with more to share this idea.
Can- can anyone else totally see Yondu giving Horuz utter crap when Matias forms his crush on him?? Like big, old, gruff, mean Horuz has (by some surely other galactical force) utterly amazed this tiny 10-year-old boy into thinking he loves him?
Of course, he teases Mat about it too, when the boy is older.
Just- Horuz and Yondu are in the control room, going over some space pirate thing. In skips little Matais, his eyes utterly lighting up at seeing Horuz (despite the fact the grumpy second mate probably gave him a boring, tedious task) and Yondu just gives a shit eating grin and says "There's yer little 'secret admirer' Horuz."
And all Horuz can do is groan. Yondu never let's either of them live it down.
