The Annual Purge. (BNHA)

"Todoroki...my partner in crime..you know whats going to happen soon?" Midoriya asked his boyfriend as the two were laying in their shared dorm.
"I believe I do..the next purge.." Shoto replied as he turned a page of the novel he was reading—or pretending to read.
As of late, the dual haired boy had grown some doubts. He supports his Izuku and would do anything for him. The two basically do everything for one another, and they're rarely seen far from each other. However, as the purge approaches, Todoroki feels nervous. He felt his sanity leave every now and then when him and Midoriya go out for their monthly list clearing, and he wonders if he can handle taking anymore lives. They weren't innocent, but they were still human. The old Todoroki would look through his morals and refuse to take away something so precious. Now, if Izuku even muttered the word, he would kill.

He would kill for Izuku.

The greenette noticed the shift in behavior of his boyfriend and sighed.
"Shoto...you don't seem too excited..are you alright..?" Midoriya himself had become nervous, but only because of Todoroki. What if Todoroki doesn't want to participate in the purge? What if he leaves and reveals their secret identities? What if this leads to a heartbreak?
To worsen his mindset, Todoroki spoke,
"Izu...I don't think I can do it this time..I don't know whats right and whats wrong anymore..I—" he stuttered as he tried to pull his words together into something that would make sense to him.
"—I need a break. From the...the purge and..and such."
Midoriya let out the air he was holding subconsciously. He felt relieved yet also scared for them. Relieved because he only wanted a break from killing, not from their relationship. He felt scared however, because he didn't know how the purge would play out this time.
"Thats okay Shoto, you don't have to do it if you don't want to...but you erm...you aren't going to reveal anything are you?"
He scratches the back of his head with nervousness.
Todoroki can't help but grin and sigh. With a shake of his head he replied,
"No, Izuku I would never tell anyone. You can trust me. I just..dont think I can participate this year."

"You know what to do, right Toga?" Shigaraki spoke in a eerie tone.
"Yes, yes I know! I can't wait to make that rabbit bleed-!" She was interrupted by Dabi, who leaned against the wall. His low and gravely voice echoed slightly in the room the league stood in.
"Remember, that's not your main goal Toga. You have one job in particular besides getting that purge kid out of the picture." He walked slowly to the exit, the vibrations of his steps being heard in the strong silence of their secret hideout.  His back faces the other villains and he opens the door, revealing the dark outside of the world. With a small yet chilling gesture, he tilts his head back to glance at Toga and Shigiraki with wide eyes and a grin, and says one thing before escaping into the shadows,

"Get the new recruit. Whether it be by force or not."

Last year, the purge only took out a small amount of citizens, only due to the fact the pro heroes put a stop to a majority of criminals.
But not even heroes can stop the government, especially since they are technically part of it.
Two weeks before the second annual purge, an announcement was made all over Japan.

Pro Heroes are now strictly prohibited to prevent the acts of the purge or they will face unnamed consequences.

That was two weeks ago.
And it is now five minutes before the siren plays through the strangely barren streets of the city. UA has put up extra defenses and made sure the students are as safe as they can be.
There will be no hero classes out tonight..

But it seems two students managed to sneak away from the premises.

Midoriya sits on the roof of a building, gazing down at the city below him, seeing a few pedestrians that look like they are participating, all wearing bright masks and holding bats. As the year progressed, Midoriya has made adjustments to his gear and tactics.
If only he used these advantages as a hero.
So it goes.
The dark rabbit shaped mask rests in his hand. With a swift movement he puts it to his face, and clicks the mask in place. His lower face can still be seen, but his freckles are perfectly hidden. The mask was fully black, and his eyes could barely be seen in the dark. He wore a black and green bomber jacket that emodied extricate designs on the bottom sleeves that looked like they emitted a pink hue. Under the jacket was a bullet proof vest and a black V neck shirt, and below were simple black cargo pants and what seemed to be combat boots. A simple outfit, but it isn't made for stealth. No, no..

He wanted the spotlight tonight.

On the left side of his mask, the greenette pressed a small switch that was near the ears of the mask. In a sudden burst, the mask came alive, and color opened through cracks of the mask. Green and pink light glow from the once dull mask, and small mechanics made the ears imitate movement. The microphone transmitted into the ears of the mask made it easier for listening from a distance. And the mask wasn't the only thing that burst with light.
With two more clicks of switches, the jacket sleeves came to life with pinks and greens, and his combat boots moved mechanically to fit the shape similar to his hero outfits shoes. Light moved from the sole to the top of the boots with bright green.
Two katanas latched on his back, eager to make contact with other contestants.
Midoriya stood tall the wind blowing his clothing and hair in the chilled night.

As the sirens blared and the announcer spoke, he pulls his katanas to his sides, and gets into a jumping stance.

"..weapons of class four and below have been authorized for use during the purge. All crimes are legal, including assault and murder. Pro heroes can no longer interfere with the purge. This is the broadcast stating the commencent of the Annual Purge."

On the ground in a dimly lit alleyway, four villains stand, with their own set of glowing masks and weaponry.

And at the entrance of the school, a boy with black hair and a black and yellow bomber jacket stands before the city, his eyes set on a glowing rabbit on the roof of a building.

The purge has begun...
