The Annual Purge. (BNHA)

The purge has begun.

Location: Yuuei school front

The students are all on guard, ready for action. All was silent for a good ten minutes. Then, a few people ran towards the school, baseball bats in hand, and some with their quirks activated. A masked man holding a chainsaw ran at the students, but of course, the hero course stops them.
Hours pass, and the same thing has been happening. Sero ties a woman up with some of his tape and looks at his friends.
'Wait, we're missing someone...'

Location: center of town

Todoroki freezes the masked criminal's feet to the ground, allowing the pros to handle the rest. Surprisingly, not much action in town. Everyone is mainly inside hiding. Todoroki then hears a woman scream from the alley. He remembers the Stain fight, and how he was almost too late. He didnt want that to happen again. He ran into the alley, activating both sides of his quirk.

He stops in his tracks.

"No.."
And of course, the worst happens.

He was too late.

Right before him, was the same woman that was screaming only ten seconds ago. She was screaming no longer. She stared at him with her cold, lifeless eyes. Blood was running from her nose and mouth, and she was covered in bruises and cuts.
That was not the worst thing he had seen.
The worst part was what was currently happening to the woman. On top of her was a masked person, stabbing the woman over and over in the stomach. The mask only covered the upper half of their face, so anyone could see their wide smile. The mask looked like a black rabbit, with neon splotches on the side, resembling what looked like brightly colored blood.
Todoroki was frozen. He just witnessed someone over killing a poor innocent woman. That woman probably had a family, friends, or even a pet cat. But she's dead. And she was still staring at him.
The killer stopped disfiguring the body and looked straight at the wall in front of him, like a deer in front of headlights. Then, suddenly, his head turned abruptly at Todoroki, making a cracking sound.

He saw him.

Quick, act fast!
Todoroki quickly sent a wave of ice towards the murderer, but they were faster. They activated their quirk and jumped over the ice, now behind Todoroki. Before he could even react, The dual haired boy was put in a chokehold, and had a gun against his head. One wrong move and he was a goner.
What should he do? What should he-

"Todoroki-kun? Oh gosh, is that you?"

'...no way....it can't be'

The person let go of todoroki and walked in front of him. They cupped todorokis face in their hands, a blush that slightly formed on the masked persons face.
"Oh wow, it IS you! I knew someone would find me, but I'm surprised it was you!" The masked figure smiled brightly, wiped blood off their face, and put their hands on their mask.

Todoroki already knew who it was from the voice, but seeing his face...it couldn't be true..
They took off their mask.
Green eyes met his.

...

"...Midoriya?"

"Yep! Sorry you had to see that. You wont tell anyone...right?"

Those eyes...
Midoriyas eyes were frightening. Bright green, showing his full amount of bloodlust. Of course todoroki is going to tell someone!
Well, he was going to.
Until he realized something.

'He could actually kill me. Right here and right now. And no one would know. He could kill me...'

"I...I promise I'll keep this a secret.."

'But when this is over, I have to tell someone...'
