Chapter 4

Mina POV

"First of all I want to say sorry. I know that I hurt you so bad, I don't know if you'll still forgive me for what I did but please let me explain my side."

I look at her "I know I don't usually talk about my family that much, but maybe this is the right time to tell my story" I hold her hand and intertwined it with mine. She was a bit shock to what I did but I'm glad she didn't get it back.

"I want to tell you my family's story chaeng. When I was still in my 1st grade to 5th grade my family was the happiest family I can say we are complete and we can do whatever we want and go to the places where we can have fun. Not until I was in my 6th grade" I stop talking and take a deep breath "My father needs to go states for work. By that time we're so sad especially me and my brother. It feels different. For my mom's side I know it's hard for her to be away from my dad but it's for our future she said so she will endure it".

As I was about to continue I close my eyes "but one day my mom decided to surprise my dad so we went to the states without him knowing, we were so excited because we will see our dad again. I miss him so bad. But to our surprise, when we arrived at his apartment that he's staying we hear noises from his room. My mom was shocked but she didn't show it to us instead she knocked on his door and as soon as my father opened it she walf half naked" I stop and cried. The memories are still vivid in my mind. Chaeyoung immediately hug me.

"My dad was so shocked when he saw us. My mom went inside in a hurry and saw the girl laying in my father's bed naked but covered. My mom immediately went to the girl and slap her. The Girl run bringing her belongings. My mom went to my Father and said to him you made the biggest mistake and this is unforgivable. And she slaps him hard and my mom drag us outside and she cried so bad that seeing her like that broke my heart" I hug Chaeyoung tighter "That's why my parents are divorced right now, my mom can't forgive and forget what my dad did. It was heartbreaking for us".

l let go of Chaeyoung and look at her "I'm sorry chaengie" She hugs me again "Now I understand why you made that decision by yourself because you're scared that the scenario will be the same ss what happened to your parents. I understand now minari" She holds my hand and look at me "I forgive you. And I'm here now I didn't go to states" she smiles.

"Thank you for understanding Chaeng. Thank you for forgiving me" I hold her hand tighter "I know this is a ridiculous question in the moment like this but I just want to say that my love for you didn't go away my love for you is still the same as before I still love you chaeng" I look down.

"I know because I feel the same way Mina" She said and I was so happy hearing it from her. Our foreheads touch and I slowly lean and kiss her it is like our first kiss it wasn't in a hurry or anything but I was sweet and passionate I miss her lips in mine. We separate and I hug her tight "I miss you please comeback to me" I said while praying she will say yes.

"No need to ask Mina because I was never not your girl but I'm always yours. I miss you too and I love you so much" She hugged me like she doesn't want to let go, but I did and kiss her again "I love you Chaengie and I regret what I did I'm sorry, let's make new memories?"

"stop saying sorry. I love you more. Yes let's start new memories"
She smiles and hold my hand. We then head towards the cafeteria hand in hand.
