(Leon X Hagakure) Broken Heater

-This is an Au where all of the Danganronpa cast are any type of reptile, and they are anthropomorphic. Leon is a shark, while Hagakure is a Western dragon. They still wear clothes, their scales match their colors, and no one dies. (Hagakure has wings btw, Leon doesn't have wings) I call it the Draco Anti-Despair AU. I will soon update this to have drawings of the two.

--!Story start!--

It's around wintertime, and sadly, Leon has broken his heater, making his room a freezer basically, and everyone is asleep, or so he thought. "d-dammit...why did it have to break now?!", Leon speaks in an annoyed tone. Leon never really liked the cold. he was always used to hot climates. He wished he had wings to use as a blanket, as his blankets weren't thick enough to keep him comfortable. Being a shark, he didn't get any at birth. The red-scaled reptile slowly opens his door, peeking around. As he scouts around for a sign of life, he sees a long, droopy, brown tail with beige speckles peeking out of an open door. "Hagakure?", Leon askes under his breath, but he didn't speak loud enough for the taller to hear. Leon slowly exits his own room and silently heads over to the tail he saw before. As he looks closer, he sees the bushy-haired one has fallen asleep standing up, his head hanging low. Leon sighs and then lightly kicks the tail, waking up the other. "h..huh? Leon? Ey, whatcha doin' here?" Hagakura askes Leon, holding in a yawn. "Well, I got curious when there was a lump in the hallway...Why are you asleep with you're door open? Someone could've snuck in and taken your shit!" Leon chuckles after he finished his sentence, he could feel the heat coming from the other room. Hagakure spoke again, "Hey, hey, I'm just tired and I accidentally fell asleep and mentioning sleep-" He looked at Leon's room, and then the owner of said room. "-Why arent you asleep? you are usually the first to go to bed, whats got ya awake? Is it that one girl? uh, what's her name...Sayaka! That's her name!". "no, it's not her, Its somethin' embarrassing..." Kuwata spoke, leaning against the wall near, his face slightly growing red. "Oh? what is it?". "My...my heater broke...again" Leon looked away, embarrassed. The taller spoke "Awh...that sucks man! hey, I know this might sound weird, but how about cha hang out in my room until Monokuma fixes your heater? It's better than staying in that room!". He had a soft smile plastered on him, his wings neatly folded behind him so he wouldn't trip on them (I feel like his family would have huge wings). Leon got a bit redder, forgetting he had a crush on the fortune teller, he loved his smile, the way he can talk about aliens and cryptids for hours on end, and how he wraps his tail around himself when he sits down to get comfortable, he's just so cu- Leon! no, not now! focus on the conversation! He snapped himself back into reality. "Y-Ya sure? I don't wanna be a bother to ya, you barely got sleep last night as Mokoto told me. He said you were looking at a book about a cryptid of some kind...". "Oh! Yeah, i found a cool one last night, now, enough talking, I dont need ya turning into a icecube! Come inside!" Hagakure spoke with his signiture smile, Leon smiles slightly. The one with bushy hair welcomes the redhead into his room, the room being filled with diffrent kind of fortune telling junk. "I apologize that its messy, I didn't expect to invite anybody in" Yasuhiro speaks, scratching the back of his head. "Oh its fine, honestly mine is probably worse, and wow its warm in here". Yasuhiro closes the door, and then lays down on the bed, stretching out his wings. Kuwata sits on the ground, looking at the crystal ball Hiro is almost always holding. "Hey, don't sit on the ground, its cold! C-mon, up here" Yasuhiro closes his wings again and scoots over to there is more than enough space for the shark. "Y-..you want me to sleep beside ya?! Hiro, that's gay! And-" Leon was a blushing mess, but Hiro only laughed. "Kuwata-Chi, I already know ya like me, your not all too good at hiding it, and my crystal ball was right again!". "Huh?! I-...ok fine I do have a crush on you..." Flustered, Kuwata gets up and sits on the bed beside Hiro. Hiro then hugs kuwata from behind, his tail wagging like a puppy waiting for a treat. "Wow, you get flustered easily!", "S-Shut up!". The two lay down and Yasuhiro lays both a blanket and a wing on top of leon, keeping him warm. "Oh, and I like ya too" Hiro says before he closes his eyes, holding a cherry red shark. After a minute or two, the two fall asleep, engulfed in warmth.
