Ginny squealed as she opened her phone and texted Marcus. "I'm here!" Ginny texted Marcus. "Go to the back." Marcus said. Ginny gave her dad a hug and hopped off his motorcycle. She ran to the backyard of the Baker's house. She sat behind a bush waiting for someone to come out and bring her inside. Marcus walked outside and grabbed Ginny's arm while tiptoeing to his room. Ginny stepped into his room and was greeted by Max. Ginny said, "hi, guys..." in a awkward voice. Max ran up to Ginny and hugged her. "Dude, i missed you." Ginny froze and Max was hugging her and looked at Marcus. She slightly smiled and Marcus look her in her eyes. "I'm glad you're okay." Marcus said. "Oh, my god. I still totally pissed at you, but I'm glad you're okay." Maxine said. Max pulled away after saying that. "So... where am I sleeping?" Ginny asked. Max said, "right over here!" And pointed to her closet. "In a closet?!" Ginny asked. "Keep it down, man! My parents are still here!" Maxine said. "But still, where else would you go? If you slept in mine Marcus's bed, our parents could have a chance of finding you!" Maxine said. Ginny's eyes opened widely and she looked at Marcus awkwardly. "Oh. Right! For a minute there, I forgot y'all used to bang each other!" Maxine said. Marcus and Ginny felt uncomfortable and cringed. "Oh. I made it awkward." Maxine said.
Later that night, Ginny was putting blankets in Maxine's closet. Marcus walked toward Ginny and said, "My parents just left. They are going to a search group to find you. They forgot to check right here." Ginny chuckled. "How long will they be gone?" Ginny asked. "Probably all night." Marcus said. "So, I don't have to sleep in a closet?" Ginny said with a sarcastic smile on her face. "Nope." Marcus said then laughed. They stopped laughing and looked each other in their eyes. Marcus leaned in to kiss Ginny. "Ugh. Not in my room you're not." Max said as she walked in and interrupted them in their powerful moment. Marcus looked at Ginny and smiled before walking out of the room. As Marcus walked out, Max rolled her eyes in his face. "So... sleepover!" Max yelled.
