Three weeks. 21 days. 504 hours. 30 240 seconds.
That's how long she had been avoiding me. After that phone call I felt so angry at myself for saying that to her. She worried about us and I talked shit about her right in her ear.
I tried talking to her many times put she just walked past me like I wasn't there. She just pretended like she didn't care. I don't know how long it would take her to talk to me but I was getting fed up with this. I smirked and looked at my alarm... 7:50. Perfect. This is going to be fun...
Xina's pov
Three weeks. 21 days. 504 hours. 30 240 seconds. New record. I sighed and took out my colouring book for stress relief. It was early and I'm sure everyone is, still sleeping. I took my book and pens and walked out of my bedroom, only to be pinned against the wall. I was about to scream when the smell of cologne and mint hit my nose.
I looked up and met his beautiful eyes. I sighed and tried to get out of his grip. He scowled and held me tighter.
"Let go Ryder"
"No, I want to apologize" he replied softly
"I don't want your sorry Ryder" I looked him in the eyes.
"What you said that night really hurt you know, I don't let my past hold me back in life. I know I'm a boring person and I like that about me,so I'm sorry if I don't fit your expectations"
He only stared at me with a uncertain emotion on his face. He leaned in and my breath hitched. His smell got closer and his head dipped down to my neck.
"You're wrong. Your higher than any of my expectations. And that's why you, should stay away." just like that he vanished.
Ryder's pov
What am I doing? Why am I so attracted to this girl... The girl with black glasses and wears, sweatpants in the summer. She just walked into my life and shuffled it up. She can't be apart of my life now. It happened again
I was pulled out of my thoughts when my phone rang. When I looked at the number my breath hitched. I took a deep breath and answered the call
"Hello?"
"Hello... Mother"
