Dabi was laughing as he pulled his girlfriend closer to him, his hands having a firm grip on her waist. "Guys we'll be upstairs and if I were you, I would leave us alone for the day." He said with a smirk and pulled her with him, walking upstairs.

You were staring at them without noticing it, that should've been you, not her. Was everything he told you a lie? Did everything you guys did mean nothing to him? Did he even care about you at all?

"Y/N Are you okay?" Toga asked noticing how you were staring at the door, getting you out of your thoughts. "Huh? Yeah why?" You answered, having this sore feeling in your throat, knowing exactly what it was since you've had it for a while. "You're crying." She answered.

You wiped your face and look at your hand, seeing that it was wet from your tears that have been falling down without you noticing. In reality, those tears had been there since Dabi walked in with his girlfriend.

This situation was unfair, it really was but then again it was fair. You and Dabi were friends with benefits, nothing other than using each other for your needs, that's how friends with benefits should be. But yet here you were, having feelings for Dabi when he didn't feel the same way about you.

Dabi and you used each other for yours needs, Dabi to take his anger, all kinds of feelings out on you in bed as you did the same to him. After a while, you guys ended up going to each others rooms to cuddle and to all of the things that couples did, that was made you fall for him and you fell for him hard.

You got close when he joined the league and hit it off from there, Shigaraki told you both several times not to do this, saying it would end up bad and the league had no time for that kind of bullshit. How much you hated to say that he was right, he was right and now you were left here with this mess.

Dabi decided to break off everything yesterday so the wound still was fresh. He told you to come to his room yesterday and you did, thinking it was the usual but it clearly wasn't.

- Flashback

"So what diid you wanna talk about Dabi?" You asked with a smile, sitting next to him as he moved away from you in the process. That action gave you a bad feeling, this wasn't gonna end up in a good way and you knew that.

"We need to stop what we're doing, right now." He said coldly. "Why? We're just using each other right? There's no feelings involved or anything." You answered. Dabi obviously didn't know about your feelings towards him and you'd like to keep it that way.

"I finally found a girlfriend." Dabi said, dropping the truth right in your face. "Oh really? Congrats!" You said, faking your excitement as you tried to keep your shit together, feeling your heartbreak for the first time tonight.

"Yeah thank you, I don't need you anymore." He said coldly, well there was heartbreak number two.. "It's not like I felt anything towards you when we were doing it anyways, so it shouldn't be that big of a deal." He said, heartbreak number three..

You felt tears swelling up in your eyes and got up. "Yeah you're right." You mumbled and coughed, covering up your mouth with your hand quickly. You looked at your hand after and saw blood and a few flower pedals, already knowing what was up. You got yourself into this mess and you were slowly starting to regret it.

You had been having the coughing up flower pedals with blood for a while now but you just ignored it, being aware of what it was but not caring enough to tell anyone or do anything about it. This was bound to happen but you didn't think it would hurt this much.

"Well I gotta go." You said as you walked out of his room, rushing to your room as you coughed up more and more flower pedals with the second, noticing that the pedals were getting bigger.

- End of flashback

You suddenly started coughing really bad out of nowhere, bigger flower pedals than before coming out of your mouth with some blood. Fuck this disease, why did it even exist? Like getting your heart broken wasn't painful enough.

"Are you okay?" Toga asked, being worried about you. Toga was your best friend and like a little sister to you while you were the older sibling for her, she knew everything. "I told you not to do this and now look at you!" Shigaraki said, making you roll your eyes. "Shut up, it's hard to resist him." You mumbled as the coughing was getting worse with the second and you started coughing up full flowers. They were beautiful at least, such a shame.

Shigaraki was getting irritated, knowing that this could get even worse and end up being your death and he couldn't afford that. Dabi and you were the dream team he always wanted, the best duo in the league of villains. Dabi's quirk was fire based while yours was based on ice, couldn't it be better? Shigaraki was so proud to have you two and always sends you on missions together just for that reason.

"It's all your stupid fault, I warned you." Shigaraki said, being frustrated meanwhile, knowing he couldn't do anything and he clearly didn't wanna lose you, maybe it was because some personal feelings were involved, who would know?

"They're so pretty though..." You mumbled as you looked at the flowers, coughing up more and more meanwhile as memories of you and Dabi flashed before your eyes, the pain getting worse.

It felt like your head was spinning and you could barely breathe from how big the flowers were and how much was coming out. Your lap was filled with flowers and blood, slowing becoming more and more as you were sitting there with flowers surrounding you.

Your vision started getting blurry as you saw more imagines of you and Dabi, its might not have been love but it made you feel loved while it lasted. You smiled as you closed your eyes, slowly giving up on fighting back.

This was it huh? If staying alive meant to see the one you love with someone else and constantly suffer because of a stupid disease, you'd rather die than losing your feelings for him forever.
