House of Investigation/House of Untrustworthy

"Why are we doing this again?" Amber asked, as she, Mara, and Joy stepped out of their room. Patricia recently Nina and Patricia were standing outside of their room waiting for them, and they started walking.

"I told you. Eddie's parents are suspicious. We're helping him."

"And what if you're wrong? What if Eddie's parents are truly good and we get caught? Not only will it be super embarrassing, but Eddie will hate us forever." Joy responded. Patricia thought about that.

"I'm willing to take that chance."

Nina, Patricia, Joy, and Mara walked downstairs, where they ran into Jerome. "Where are you going ladies?" Jerome asked as he slides in the doorway. "Jerome, how did you know what we were doing?" Joy wondered.

"You went to sleep way to early. Tell me where you going."

"Jerome, please. Let us through." Joy pleaded with her eyes. Jerome caved. "You better be glad I love you."

Patricia fake barfs. "Jeroy's even more nauseating than-" she thinks, "Fabina!"

"Thank you, Jerome." She kisses his cheek.

After they left, Eddie came out of the shadows. He walked over to Jerome.

Eddie walks over to me. "Jerry, seriously? I thought I could rely on you."

"Sorry, man. Girl power for you."

"Where do you think they were headed to anyway?" Eddie asked curiously. "I don't know. But there's only one way to find out!" Jerome walked out the door. Jerome turned around to a skeptical Eddie. "Don't you want to know what Nina and Patricia are doing out here in the middle of the night?"

Eddie sighed, and walked out with him.

Patricia, Nina, Amber, Mara, and Joy arrive at the hotel Alice and Angus have been staying at. "Here we are." Patricia announced. "Patricia! You owe me a new pair of boots!" Amber yelled.

"One problem, Patricia," Joy pointed out, "we don't know what room they stay in."

"Eddie told me. It's room 342." Nina told them.

They walk inside, and walk to room 342. "Good thing the front desk manager likes a bribe." Patricia put the key card inside. "No way." Joy breathed.

"This room looks untouched! It's like they never even walked in this room."

Nina zipped opened their suitcase, but Angus and Alice come out of the shadows. "Eddie's parents! What are you doing here!?" Joy widened her eyes.

"Well it is our hotel room." Angus stated.

Alice walked up to Nina. "The question is--what would poor, poor Eddie think when he finds out that his wife and best friends don't trust his parents."

"I'm guessing take a break from her, Phoebe. Or even worse," he covers his mouth like he actually cared, "file a divorce!"

"You're wrong, Eddie would never give me up. He might be angry at me right now, but I know deep down th-that-"

Eddie and Jerome were right outside. "I know deep down that Eddie has and will never stop loving me."

"That's right." Eddie whispered. He was grinning like an idiot.

"Not after we show him this."

The security tape of Nina and Patricia talking showed up. It had sound to it, too. "Do you really think that Eddie would believe his 'wife' over his flesh and blood?"

"You really are untrustworthy." Nina said.

"What do you want from me?" Patricia asked. "Lay off us." They demanded. "There's way too much going on in this world that your little group doesn't need to be knowing about. Angus and I aren't even your biggest problem. In the years to come, Eddie and Nina will have to face something even worse than this whole mess. And we don't need you ruining his plans."

"His plans? Who's plans?" Mara asked. "The great Egyptian god Kek, of course. When we unleash him with or without Rosie Drake, you all and the world will be doomed to its fate."
