Ranboo walked down the winding street. A grimace plastered across his face; he hated it here. The aching memories always made him sick. The smells, the sights. It all hurt so damn much. Still he carried on; almost like a soldier with a battle wound. The gentle breeze and the soft sounds of his dress shoes hitting the brick road. Everything buzzed in his mind. His pace quickened until he reached a point where the brick road became gravel. His tense shoulders drooped a small bit and he breathed out a long sigh. "Finally." He murmured ever so quietly. He walked through the woods on the gravel pathway until his house came into view.

He made his way into the house; stripping himself of his dress jacket and hanging it up in his closet. His breath hitched as he stared into the closet. That old book. He stared at it momentarily. He shook his head and shut the closet door incompletely. Quickly changing into his pajamas and swiftly making his way to his bed. He blew out his lamp and sat in the darkness. His body grew tired and his eye-lids drooped. When he finally closed his eyes all the way he had already passed out.
