Jungkook pov

"YeonJun, the baby isn't going to come out just yet, so you don't have to worry," I reassured the little boy, who was intently staring at my belly with wide, curious eyes. His fascination was adorable, but I could see a hint of concern creeping into his expression.

"But what if the baby pops out of there? It looks so big! Won't it hurt the baby?" He asked his voice a mixture of fear and amusement, his brows furrowing as he tried to grasp the situation. I couldn't help but chuckle at his innocent questions; his genuine concern was both sweet and entertaining. "You know, it's supposed to be a big adventure for the baby," I explained, placing my hand lovingly on my belly. "It won't hurt at all. The baby is snug and cozy in there, and when the time is right, it will come out safely." My words seemed to ease his fears just a little, but I could see his imagination working overtime.

"No, little one, it won't happen like that," I patiently explained to the curious child, his wide eyes filled with wonder. "The baby is just sleeping right now. When she wakes up..." I hesitated, unsure of how to finish the thought. It was challenging to explain to him that life doesn't always mirror the enchanting tales he had read, where babies magically appeared out of nowhere.

"But that story—" Before he could finish his sentence, Yugyeom walked towards us, his arms laden with what appeared to be an array of freshly cut fruits, vibrant and inviting.

"YeonJun, let's give Kookie a break, okay? Here, eat this," he said with a grin, shoving a juicy slice of apple into Kookie's mouth. The child happily accepted the fruit, his initial inquiry forgotten, at least for the moment.

"I know you're going to deny it," Yugyeom continued, setting a plate of colorful fruits between us, "but these are from an elder who brought them specifically for you two, so finish them up!" He asserted, sitting down next to me and beginning to feed me pieces of ripe strawberries, their sweetness bursting with flavor.

"You've been saying that forever, but it's never the case," I replied, feigning a frown even as I relished the tart, delicious strawberries he offered.

"I can't help it! I have to take care of my little niece and ensure she grows into the strongest warrior out there," he declared with a sense of pride that warmed my heart. Just a week ago, we discovered that I was carrying a baby girl. The realization had sent me spiraling into a wave of emotions—happiness, fear, uncertainty—but Yugyeom's excitement was infectious. He had embraced the role of an uncle wholeheartedly, already envisioning all the ways he would help raise her to be brave and strong, just like him.

As I looked at him, a profound sense of relief washed over me. Knowing that my baby would be in the hands of someone so dedicated and caring made my heart swell with happiness. Yet, despite all my worries, I felt reassured that she would be loved and protected by an incredible uncle.

"Who are you?" a cold voice cuts through the tense air, snapping our attention forward. There, silhouetted against the fading light, stands a man of imposing stature. His deep-set eyes bore down on us with an intensity that sent a shiver through my spine, and he raised his sword, its blade glinting ominously in the dim light.

My heart races as recognition floods over me, striking like lightning. "Jimin!" I call out, the name slipping past my lips like a desperate prayer. In that instant, I see his demeanor shift; the fierce glare softens, revealing the familiar warmth that has always drawn me to him.

"Jungkook," he breathes, his voice barely above a whisper, the weight of a thousand unsaid words lingering in the air. The sword slips from his trembling hand, hitting the ground with a dull thud, echoing the sudden vulnerability etched on his face. He takes a cautious step forward, his heart laid bare, the intensity of the moment enveloping us like a fragile bubble. Just as we seem to bridge an unspoken connection, everything shifts.
