The Deal

Here's my fanfic, Julie and the Phantoms, my version!

Julie POV

"Guess who got you gigs!" Flynn said as I closed my locker.

"In the park?" I asked as we started home. "With that cute little gazebo?"

"Yep! It's in two days on Friday and another on Sunday at an event," Flynn informed me.

"I'll tell the guys when we get to my house," I confirmed. "Your still coming over right?"

Flynn nodded, "We can do our homework there together, then you guys can rehearse."

Once we got to the studio, we found Luke on his couch picking at his guitar, Reggie tapping at the drums, but no Alex.

"Finally!" Luke shouted. "Your home, it's so boring when you leave. Cause then Alex goes off with Willie and Reggie watches your dad. When he's not watching your dad he stalks smeno."

Reggie covered Luke's mouth with his hand, as I smiled all goofy.

"Does Reggie have a crush?" I teased.

Flynn looked at me, frowning, "Reggie has a crush? Oh...I mean...ooh!"

Reggie flushed red, "No, no, no, no. I-I don't have a crus- OW!"

He shook his hand, because Luke bit his hand, "You do too!"

I gasped then squealed, "Who's the lucky girl? I swear I won't tell anyone or talk to anyone about her, other than the guys! I won't even tell Flynn, you have my word."

"Hey!" Flynn slapped my arm.

"Exactly," Reggie pointed to Flynn. "She won't let you not tell her."

"Not tell someone what?" Alex was sitting in the loft, legs hanging over.

"Reggie has a crush," I told Alex, looking up.

"I know who it is," Alex shrugged. "So does Luke."

"Yeah," Luke poofed next to Alex. "But I wasn't going to say her name, I gave Reggie my word. I was just going to say he stalks someone."

"But now she's not going to stop asking," Reggie whines.

"I give you my word I'll drop it, until your  ready," Julie grins at him. "Promise."

"Aw, Reggie and somebody together would be so cute," Flynn whined.

Reggie blushed as Flynn sat down and got her homework out, and I followed.

"What are you guys doing?" Luke asked, as he sat next to us, looking at what we were doing.

"Homework," I shrugged. "Flynn, your good at math, so I'll do that, I'm good at English so you do that, I'm good at science, you, your good at history, me, and we'll both do our own for shop and art."

"Why would you do the opposite of what your good at then copy each other for what your good at?" Luke asked. "That would make it harder."

"Well we're not going to get better at what we're bad at if we only stick to what we're good at," I shrugged.

"Nerd alert!" Luke shouted.

"We are so not nerds," I poke his shoulder.

"Are too, you just love to learn don't you?" he smiled at me.

I felt my traitorous lips smile back, "You know, we don't have to do homework here, we can go to my room and not rehearse today. And I have good news, so if you don't want to hear, keep this up."

His angry face poked out and he looked like an angry chipmunk, and I laughed at how adorable he looked. Cant blame me, anyone would've.

I realized it was super quiet, and the boys looked t me with goofy smiles, and even though Flynn couldn't see Luke, didn't stop her from doing the same to me. I felt my cheeks flame up and started packing my things.

"We're gonna do our work in my room," I mumbled.

"You so like him, don't you?" Flynn asked after they were all set up.

"Who?" I asked. "If your talking about Nick, I'm over him. I told you that."

"Not him!" Flynn finished a math problem. "Luke, you oblivious weirdo."

"He's in here?" I asked looking around. "He better not be in here, I've told him about boundaries."

"DUDE!" Flynn tapped the top of my head. "For fu- You. Like. Luke."

"No. I. Don't," I chuckled.

"You know what?" she put her chin upward. "Let's make a deal, if you two end up together, I get to pick one of the songs you sing for a gig."

"If I don't, what do I get?" I asked.

"I get off your back about your dating life, unless you ask otherwise," she sighed.

"That," I started. "Is a deal."

They shook hands, and smiled at each other.
