Once you reached the motel, you dragged Dean to the bed, ran to your duffle bag, pulled out your first aid kit, and ran back to Dean to fix him up. You pulled out a bottle of Jack Daniel and began to poor it onto a rag and dabbed Deans wounds.
"Dean! There's freaking glass in your arm!"
"That bit- she flung me into a glass coffee table, course there's glass in my arm...I think there's some in my side too..."
"Ok don't worry ill get it out, it will hurt though."
"Yeah I know, just get it over with please."
You began to wiggle out a glass shard when he grunted in pain. You then realized you were gonna have to rip it out fast like you were ripping off a band aid.
"This is gonna hurt a lot, sorry Dean"
"Crap, just go for it, I'm really trying to stay manly here."
You chuckled and counted down.
"On 3 ok?"
Dean only nodded his head while he closed his eyes tight.
"1....2..." You didn't even bother with 3, and you yanked it out.
"What the hell (y/n)?!?! What happened to 3?!?!" Dean cursed at you as you sat back laughing your ass off.
"Im sorry Dean, but when someone says 'on 3' they never mean there gonna do it right on 3." You chuckled at his pain when you know you shouldn't be laughing at him.
"Yeah, well I thought you would. God that was more painful then I thought it would be!"
"Well I can defiantly tell some of these are gonna need stitches, Dean."
Silence filled the room while you cleaned each one, the only noise was the sound of Dean's grunt every time you pulled out a piece of glass.
"Done, pills?" You question to Dean who was still closing his eyes tightly in pain.
"Yeah, please."
After he took the pain killers, you told him who Tina was.
"She was your high school friend? Then why is she back now?"
"I don't know, and I don't really care. When I got over her I thought it was for good so I really don't wanna have to deal with her death again so can we please go to Colorado?"
"In the morning ok? I promise we'll take care of it soon."
That night was kinda hard because you couldn't put your arm around Dean's side all night, meaning you couldn't hug him. Sleeping was even harder for you and Dean both. Dean couldn't lay on his side facing you. You slept on the right side and Dean on the left and Dean's stitches were on his right meaning he couldn't hold you. You never even noticed how much your stomach hurt from having the table digging into your gut until you climbed into bed.
"OW! " You yelp as you flopped onto your stomach, which is how you normally sleep.
"Hey (y/n), you ok baby girl?!" Dean jumped to your attention the second you yelped.
"Yeah, I guess I never felt the pain in my gut until now."
Dean was by your side now, sitting next to you on the bed. He picked you up the best he could and held you in his arms on his left side. You two sat like that for a while untill your stomach started to hurt again. You took some pain meds and soon passed out next to Dean who was sitting up in bed reading the same book as the one from your second night together.
It was around 4 in the morning when you were woken up by Dean moving around the room.
"Dean what are you doing up at..." you had to check your phone. "4 in the morning?" You sleepishly questioned him.
"We gotta hit the road sweet heart, and sorry I woke you, I was trying not to until 5." He answered in a hushed tone.
"Where we going?"
"Colorado. We have to finish her (y/n)."
"Ok. Hey how you feeling?"
"About what- oh yeah, fine, well better at least. I'm past the first stages of the pain I guess." he slightly chuckled.
You began to pull the covers off of yourself when a cold wave hit you. "Holy crap its cold!"
"Yeah, I guess." Dean answered back.
Dean walked over to you and gave you his leather jacket and your own sweat pants. You slid into your pants while still under the covers then pulled yourself out of bed and slipped into Dean's jacket.
"Need help packing anything?" You questioned with a ruff, morning voice.
"Just your bathroom things, other than that we should be good to go."
You staggered to the bathroom to get yourself ready, or at least descent and to rid of your dragon breathe so you wouldn't kill Dean while in the car together. After brushing your teeth you put on a smidgen of eyeliner, brushed your rats nest of hair down a bit and applied some deodorant.
"Ready yet., (y/nn)?" Dean yelled from the motel door.
"Be there in a sec!" You yelled back to him.
"Ill be in the lobby if you need me, I'm gonna go turn in our keys. Don't leave the motel till I get back, ok?"
"k." Is all you said back. You heard the door close and you went to the dresser to find some of your clothes laying on top of the dresser. They were your clothes, it was a basic dark blue v-neck shirt, black leggings, and your hoodie. You figured Dean set them there for you. "Who knew Dean had any sense in fashion?" You giggled to yourself.
After changing into the clothes left for you, Dean came back and knocked on the door realizing he had locked himself out. You opened the door and walked away to the bed where your phone was on the night stand.
"Ready now?" Dean snickered.
"Yeah, lets go."
You climbed into the passenger seat of the Impala, slide off your shoes and sat criss cross in the seat. Dean had closed the trunk and climbed into the drivers seat. None of you bothered with music sense it was so early in the morning, you both enjoyed the silence for a while.
