A random conversation between soojin and renjun as rest remained unfazed. Busy drinking to spend the time which slowly passed. Well the party wasn't the most boring but sure it was too formal for them, still the friends were used to this as their families often had a get together with their business partners. It wasn't much of different from other times plastering a fake smile soojin greeted every single person other busy representing their respective families it was like a routine now.
"This party is boring"
haechan sighed drinking wine from glass as he had escaped from his father finally coming back to the friend group. soojin sighed agreeing with him checking the time once again on her phone.
"we still got an hour and half" jaemin said looking at his watch wanting everyone to have some strength for the time left.
"i brought some chocolate if yall are up" jeno said already chewing one passing one to Haechan who gladly took. Two things which were a great combination were chocolates with wine.
"nah im feeling nauseous" soojin told as Jeno gestured his hand towards her who shook her head. Rubbing her neckline anxiously.
"too many people?" Renjun asked and she nodded not wanting to elaborate. She didn't feel good around crowds especially a type where you had to be one of the pretentious member of a respectable family.
"Isn't that hauen?"
Renjun whispered in soojin's ear as a distraction from her building anxiety making her eyes widen nodding. They were aware of her father's partnership with Haechan's family yet it was new to see her in this setting.
