it was the next day. she didn't feel any better in any way at all. she just felt worse. she had been crying for almost the whole night along with mark. Though it was pretty wholesome it still shattered her heart. was she going to survive? was she going to die? she didn't know anything about her future now.

"Youngmin!" Renjun yelled and ran up to her hanging his am over her shoulders, taking her by surprise. Her gloomy face didn't go unnoticed for Renjun or Jeno. actually in fact everyone who was there could see she wasn't in good shape. Renjun shrugged off the unsettling feeling of his bestfriend and continued to converse with her. she didn't listen though, there wasn't a smiled on her face or some comeback as she would often do it.

This worried Jeno and the others. This wasn't like her. This wasn't the Bae Youngmin they all knew and were familiar with. Renjun didn't say anything but his laughter and jokes died down seeing his best friend look so caught up and so dead.

"Min what's wrong?" Renjun said breaking the unusual tension between her and them. she didn't have anything to say. "Nothing. Nothing wrong don't worry" Of course, they all knew that that was a big lie. "don't lie to us Min. you know we'd do everything to help you" Chenle softly said walking towards the girl who was about his height.

"You won't understand. Y-you guys can't help me with this. and i can't drag you down along with me" she said shakily. "I-I'm sorry" she said and sped away from them, speeding between Jeno and Haechan. They watched her figure fade into the crowd. worried faces were painted on their faces.

what possibly couldn't be solved as a team?

-lunch- 

she still followed them for lunch though. she still wanted company after all. Though this time it was quiet and silent. nobody dared to say anything because well simply- they didn't know how to cheer her up.

"Youngmin can you please tell us what's wrong? we can solve it together you know?" Haechan told her softly. She gripped on her chopsticks tightly. they could all see through her. she was about to break into fits of sobs and tears.

"Min-" "shut up" she harshly said and stood up, towards the girls bathroom.

she got into one of the stalls and cried, not long after the urge to puke petals came back making her panic.

immediately, she puked into the toilet as her sobs got softer and softer eventually. She stopped puking, and looked at the mess she made. making her even more vulnerable than before.

hopeless. she felt hopeless. all that hope she once had felt like it got sucked out of her body. there was just nothing there other than flowers. they were eating her. 

she had to return back to the lunch table or else they will start a search party, she didn't want them to do that so she splashed her face with cold water. 

"Bae Youngmin. Stand up. you. are. fine." she said smiling at herself in the mirror before heading back into the cafeteria.

This time she came back, the air was different. it was thick, she could sense a lot of worries coming her way. All their attention was on her. "What are you guys looking at?" she asked smiling. Though it was all for an act.

They didn't say anything, but looks can deceive so they thought she was fine, other than Jeno that is.

They weren't close, but taking a closer scan at the girl's face he could tell she cried, not for a short period of time, she cried the whole night. He was worried, very worried. He considered her as his best friend, though not sure about her feelings. 

Him and Jaemin were supposed to be best friends, but lately he's been too focused on minhae to give a shit about his friends. Which did make Jeno a tad bit annoyed at him for that. Him and Jaemin used to hangout 24/7 and jerk around during after school hours but it was stopped after he started dating Minhae. It was like Jeno was just abandoned like that.

Jeno had changed after that, definetly had got more cocky towards Jaemin. Unfortunately Jaemin turned a blind eye to that which raged Jeno even more, other than that you can say the two best friends were in a dumb but serious argument causing them to lose contact.

enough of that though, Jeno considered Youngmin as his best friend, she was the second closest to him. Which seeing her in such a state made him fury but also worried to see her in such a bad mood.
