Hopelessly in Love (Sonic X Monokuma)

Chapter 1

This is my first time writing something like this, and to be honest, I don't really know what this even is. I wrote this just for myself, and decided to add it here for fun. The characters in this story will be from various games, mainly sonic, danganrompa and some from undertale. Also, English is not my first language, so sorry for possible mistakes.

The bell rung, and everyone harried to their assigned seats before the teacher arrived to the classroom.

"So... what was it about today?" rang Junko's voice, actually not really interested, just wanting to provoke a little. She was referring to the fight that occurred during the break just a few minutes ago.

"To be honest, I don't even remember. And I was right there the whole time," thought aloud Nagito looking up at the celling, thoughtful look on his face.

But the subject of question was quiet the whole time, deep in his own thoughts. He didn't really want to talk about the fight. Fights, like the one that happened today, happens almost every day for the past two years. At first, the fights were result of their many disagreements, more a playful banters between the widely known Monokuma and the baseball team ace of the Hope high, Sonic. But now, it's different, especially for Monokuma. He started to realize a few weeks back, after yet another fight with the one and only Sonic. He likes him. Not as a good a opponent for fights, but as a crush. He really does like him a lot. And Monokuma doesn't like this a bit, in fact he hates this. How can the infamous Monokuma like someone in romantic way? How can he lower himself to such a level, to feel an useless emotion such as love. That just doesn't make any sense. And Monokuma doesn't like when things doesn't make sense, that's just unacceptable.

"Monokuma!" Monomi's voice was what disturbed Monokuma from his thoughts.

"What's up with you?" Monomi was pretty concerned for him. Her brother doesn't act like this at all, and his whole behaviour was just not right.

"He has been acting like this for weeks now," brought out Chiaki.

"Maybe our dear friend here is in love," a lot of satire was heard in Kokichi's voice. He was clearly mocking Monokuma, trying to make him angry just for the laughs.

But Monokuma was frozen in place. Was he that obvious? Does everyone else know too? How would Kokichi even know this, he never said this, never hinted on this. Monokuma is very good in hiding his emotions and his true motives, so there is no way anyone could tell that he has a little crush on his long time enemy Sonic.

"Did you saw a ghost? You look like you saw one," chimed in Chiaki.

And then, came silence. The realization suddenly hit everyone at the same time. If Monokuma's friends didn't know about his crush, they definitely know about it now. And Monokuma is very aware of this, trying to come up with a way to convince his friends that what Kokichi said is not true at all. But at the same time, he knew it's no use, they definitely know it, and they're certain about it. The look on their faces said it.

"Now, this is a interesting turn of events," laughed Nagito, very amused by this situation.

Monokuma has a very tiring day ahead of him, that's for sure.
