Hopelessly in Love (Sonic X Monokuma)

Chapter 4

I'm very sorry for not updating this story for a long time. I started going to school and I didn't have time to work on this story, but I'm finally posting a new chapter.

I also actually never thought that I would write an author note like this...

Amy has a plan. She has to get Sonic and Monokuma together no matter what. It should be simple. Well, should. How hard can it be to somehow convince the two most stubborn people she has even seen to go on date together. Or they can just talk, but like in nice way, no fighting. That would be awesome, but the problem is, how she can do something like that. She will definitely need help, there's no way she can do this alone, that's impossible.

And that's how she found herself going straight to the science club room to meet her friend Tails.

"I have to tell you something," she told Tails which slightly jumped because of his friends sudden appearance, "you won't believe what I just found out!"

"What happened?" Tails spoke with quite concern in his voice.

Amy's eyes were sparkling with excitement and also worry, and to be honest, Tails was a little scared to know what his friend has to say to him.
Amy took a visible deep breath and spoke, "Monokuma likes Sonic!"

"Oh, I knew that."

Amy's face went from excitement to disappointment, and the feeling of betrayal came to her.

"You knew it and you didn't bother to tell me? I thought we were friends, but since you don't tell me important things like this I feel like I can't call you a friend anymore."

Tails was speechless. He really didn't expected a reaction like this.

"Well, I thought you knew it too!" defended himself Tails.

And that wasn't a lie. He really did think Amy knew it. The fact that Monokuma had feelings for Sonic was obvious, at least to him. The endless fighting and staring at each other was a clear sign of a crush. And that's the reason why he didn't tell this to anyone, not even his dearest friend.

Amy was not really happy about this revelation, but she couldn't spend time sulking about this. She has to get her plan into motion. With another sigh she started to speak again.

"Well, back to what I wanted to say to you. Since they both like each other, they should definitely start dating. But we both know they won't do that, so we have to help them! We have to somehow get them together!"

Tails was once again speechless.

"And how do you think we would do that? That's literally impossible!"

Well, he wasn't wrong.
