Four white walls surround me as my body lays comfortably on a mattress with a blue sheet coving my aching body. The only things in this room are machines and doors leading out. It takes 10 minutes for a nurse to come in and check on me.
“Finally you’re awake!” she says with enthusiasm.
“What do you mean finally?” I asked confused at her statement.
“Well you have been sleeping for almost a week and the people outside have constantly been asking about out you. We managed to convince some to go home for the night.”
“Who was there?”
“We’ll there was a guy who says he is your brother and a family who says they’re going to adopt you and some of their friends.” She finished
“Is the guy that says he is my brother here?” I ask quietly
“No he left last night but he said he’d be back by 9 and it is 8:45.” She replies and then she left.
Not even a second later the door open again and I am in an embrace.
I chuckled but then didn’t recognise the blonde hair laying on my chest. They rose and looked at me. I stared in to his one-of a kind green eyes and immediately knew who it was.
“LEO!!!!!!!” (Yes I put 7 exclamation marks. Got a problem)
He was the one now chuckling. “So now you recognize me aye?” He said in his now broken voice.
“So you’re still an idiot aye?” I teased
“Isn’t that what I’m good at?” he fired back
“Yerh the only thing apparently” I sarcastically stated rolling my eyes.
“But you love me anyways because that is what little sisters do?”
“So as well as being an idiot you think you’re funny big brother?”
There was a knock at the door and a familiar head popped in. “So you weren’t lying” Casper said with his head in between the door and the wall.
“I don’t lie” Leo replied in a voice that he would be talking to a friend.
“uhhhhhhh can we come in?” Malcom asked as he was pulling Casper back.
“No” I simply replied with a poker face
“What? Why not?” Acelin was now asking the questions.
“Because I said so” I answered still with a poker face
“bu” Casper started
“NO. NOW GET OUT” I shouted at the three boys
“You” Malcom started
“Look mate she doesn’t want you here” Leo said as he walked closer to the door
“And you are who to tell him that?” Casper said standing up for Malcom, while entering the room trying to make himself look bigger and more intimidating that he actually is
“Well I am a Navy Seal but besides that I am her older brother and not by law by blood. Wait you haven’t adopted her yet so.” Leo said looking more intimidating then Casper.
“Yerh so?” Casper asked trying to not show fear
“Well to be a Navy seal I had to: (I got all this from the internet so sorry if it is wrong)
500 yard (460 m) swim using breast or Combat sidestroke in under 12:30 with a competitive time of under 10:30
At least 42 push-ups in 2 minutes with a competitive count of 79 or more
At least 50 sit-ups in 2 minutes with a competitive count of 79 or more
At least 6 pull-ups from a dead hang (no time limit) with a competitive count of 11 or more
Run 1.5 mi (2.4 km) in boots and trousers in under 11:30 with a competitive time of 10:20 or less
And you don’t want to know what we do to actually train”
“Look guys I’m tired can I just sleep”

“Calm down. Now one at a time.” And yet again they started to talk again. All I did was glare and they stopped talking.
Leo was the first to speak up: “The police wanted to speak to you, and then you can sleep”
“ok” A knock on the door interrupts us and two police officers enter the room
“Hello miss O’Conner, I’m Officer Daley and this is Officer Chase ( J ) and we would just like to ask you a few questions” he said referring to his partner and then looked at the boys so they could leave. They then took a seat in the visitor’s chairs and started to ask questions.
After telling them everything I know they had left me to rest.
