Chapter 6: Recovery

The following day was the weekend. The three men slept in a little later than usual. Toshinori was already up making breakfast as Hizashi sat at the table sipping on some coffee, the soft snores of Aizawa being heard. Hizashi sighed a little setting his cup down "Hey Toshinori?" he asked, All Might's head perked up "Yes? What do you need Hizashi?" he replied as he came over and set some eggs on the blonde's plate.

His eyes looked sad as he peered up at the skeletal man. "Do you think Y/N will forgive me?" Hizashi asked sadly. Toshinori sighed and set the pan down before sitting next to the sad blonde. He put a hand on his shoulder as Hizashi looked at him. "Hizashi..what happened was not your fault. If anything you could blame Aizawa and I, there should have been more heroes patrolling but since it is such a quest sector we didn't bother" He said trying to comfort his friend.

Hizashi nodded feeling slightly better "You also did all you could, you saved all the people stuck in the building, and Y/N is okay, you truly were a hero" All Might said with a warm smile. Mic smiled "Thanks Toshinori..you always know what to say," he said with a soft chuckle.

The two looked towards the grumpy figure slouching through the doorway "Where is the coffee...and the pain killers" he groaned as he sat down. Toshinori laughed a bit "Drink a little too much Aizawa?" he asked as he went to get Aizawa some coffee and pain killers. Aizawa thanked him for the items and took the medicine, he turned to Hizashi "So, still feeling guilty huh?" he asked sipping the coffee.

Hizashi nodded "Yes, but Toshinori helped me see what was really important," he said with a smile. Aizawa nodded "Good I don't like...people's feelings" he said in his monotonous voice. Hizashi smiled and nudged the man's shoulder "Love you too Aizawa" he grinned as the ravenette (is this even a word? it is now) grunted.

The men finished eating before Hizashi and Aizawa left to go to their homes to shower and get ready. All Might finished cleaning the kitchen as his phone rang. He answered the call "Hello?....I see... All right..I will be there in 10 minutes.".

All Might got dressed and left for the hospital, not in his hero form as to not attract attention. He walked to Y/N's room to see her sitting upright and chatting with Recovery Girl "Toshi!" she smiled as she looked at the familiar blonde. Toshinori smiled "Hey..glad to see you're awake, how are you feeling?" He questioned as he pulled up a chair sitting on the other side of her bed.

Y/N smiled "I'm feeling much better, Recovery Girl here just finished up my healing...thank you again" she said softly showing her gratitude to the smaller woman. Recovery Girl nodded "You are very welcome, try to keep yourself out of trouble" she teased before standing up "I'm afraid I have to cut our visit short...Stop by my office after you leave so I can check up on you...I'll see you Toshinori" She said before exiting.

Y/N turned her attention to Toshinori "So, what did I miss?" she asked with a grin. Toshinori chuckled "Not much, Hizashi was feeling really guilty about you getting hurt so I took him and Aizawa out for drinks..They left my place about an hour ago" he said as he leaned back. Y/N pouted "Why does he feel guilty? He did nothing wrong." she questioned. He sighed "I know, I told him that and he feels slightly better today..I do think you should talk to him though." HE stated.

She nodded "Alright, I'll be sure to talk to him" she smiled sweetly. Toshinori nodded as he went to get her discharge started. Soon Toshinori was rolling Y/N out of the hospital in a wheelchair. He had a bag of her belongings in his hand as well as her pain medicine. He placed the bags in the care before lifting Y/N.

The girl blushed slightly as Toshinori lifted her with ease, she knew he was strong but she wasn't aware he was still this strong in his normal form. She thanked him as he returned the wheelchair and got in to start the car. The two chatted on the way to Y/N's apartment, reminiscing about their college days.

Toshinori sat down beside Y/N on the couch "Alright, you are all set now. Since the doctor doesn't want you left alone at night, I will set up with Aizawa and Hizashi to see who can come since I patrol at night" he said leaning his head back. Y/N smiled sheepishly her heart fluttering at the thought of being alone with each of the men "T-They don't need to do that, I swear I'm okay" she said softly. Toshinori shook his head "No, the doctor ordered someone to stay with you, plus it will make us feel at ease." he said looking at her sternly.

She sighed giving in "Fine...only for you guys" Y/N agreed. Soon it was time for Toshinori to go. They said their goodbyes as he left to go patrol. Y/N sat back on the couch 'I wonder who is coming tonight' she thought.

The doorbell rang as Y/N got up to answer it, she smiled at the familiar figure "Hey, good to see you, come in!" she said stepping aside before closing the door. "So I guess you're my chaperone for the night?" she questioned with a giggle.
