Taehyung and Seokjin knew each other for less than six hours back when they were barely jut six years old.

Taehyung was pulled out of his thoughts as he heard a rustle behind him. But before he coud turn......
"BOO!" Someone shouted scaring the shit out of Taehyung as he fell back on his butt.
Seokjin started laughing out loud holding his stomach when Taehyung fell back. He had a pink tint to his cheeks. Because of laughing or because of cold Taehyung did not know.
Taehyung took deep breaths and got up dusting his pants. "You scared me!"
Seokjin chuckled "That was my intention wasn't it?"
Taehyung rolled his eyes "Don't do that again"
Seokjin grinned "I am not promising anything. Your expression is worth everything to be honest"
Seokjin bent down and picked the pup who was nuzzling against his legs.
"Why did you come here?" Taehyung asked.
Seokjin did not look up as he was still petting the pup "I went out with the gang and I thought maybe you will be here. And even if you weren't here I can still play with the pup. So I came"
Taehyung raised his eyebrows "So your first intention was to see me?"
Seokjin face went blank. It kept silent for a minute before he looked up and smiled playfully his smile not reaching his eyes and his eyes holding a hint of panic.
"Someone thinks he is important"
Taehyung shook his head in disbelief "Excuse me!? You were the one who told and I quote "I thought you will be here and if you are not I can play with the pup" "
Seokjin frowned "Okay yes I said that but I told in two sentences while you merged them into one and replaced a few words"
Taehyung sighed "But it was a gist meaning of what you said right?"
Seokjin nodded "Yea but you said "I quote". When you quote someone you should tell everything word to word. No changes."
Taehyung groaned "Do we really need to have grammar lesson right now, right here?"
Seokjin smiled "Not necessarily but I guess it's fine"
Taehyung tilted his head "You sound awfully polite right now"
Seokjin frowned "I am always polite to people. Don't you see? Well maybe except for you"
